“O hotel está localizado em uma região muito próxima para tudo em Santiago, principalmente para o turismo. O prédio é uma residência antiga, portanto não há nenhum luxo, porém pelo preço e localização vale a pena. A Senhor que trabalha lá é muito solicita e educada, todos os meus anseios foram acolhidos com sucesso.”

“The description on the website says 2 twin beds. I got one twin bed and a very very small room. Whereas the husband of the couple running the place was friendly and helpful, the wife makes one feel incredibly unwelcome. She did the following: upon arrival I was informed they didn't know about my reservation (made a month in advance) and they also didn't agree with the price for my booking made through hotels com. They said it should be more. After hours of being in limbo this was finally...
