My room originally was too small for my liking (it literally was only as big as a foot and a half around the bed) but they happily switched me to a more comfortable space. "Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Professional, courteous, friendly staff throughout. We had selected the cheapest room available which turned out to be spacious, clean, very well maintained/decorated. Included safe, hairdryer, mini fridge, daily bottles of water and toiletries. Complimentary bottle of fizz on one day which was a lovely touch. The safe malfunctioned, a brand new one was installed within 20 mins of our call. Breakfast provided a really good choice and variety. On one day we encountered a queue so had to wait about 10 mins for a table to become free. Not an issue for us but might be if you leave time tight before a trip or flight etc. The staff showed professionalism and efficiency to ensure tables were kept clean and available for use quickly. Don't know what parking facilities are available at the hotel but wouldn't recommend driving in Seville at all, the roads are extremely narrow especially around the hotel. Witnessed cars with about 6 inches between mirrors and walls and even less between tyres and kerbs!!"
