The only drawback is that to get to the hotel, someone has to be waiting for you at a plaza since someone has to guide you through alleyways, just like a maze. But, overall, it is worth it. "The staff is sooooooooo amazing. Unfortunately, we had a room that was close to a smoking stand and our room had a gap in the door that made our room fill with smoke. The staff were kind and brought our bags through the Medina. Was easy check in and the Facilites were great. We had tea by the pool almost every night and it felt like an oasis from the hustle. "
