This is not an hostel, if it is then its the best! It is more an hotel with everything that works nicely. It is up on the northern part of town but a top area The staff are brilliant a will help everyway they can, i would stay here for sure

I would definitely stay here again!

Really good, clean, budget hotel in a good location with AC, hot water & wifi. I was in Makassar 3 times & re-booked here every time because I felt comfortable staying here. Staff are friendly & helpful, especially Eriq. The owner, Rina, is nice. They called taxis for me to get to bus terminals & organised a Grab car (like Uber) to get to the airport when the Damri Bus was not operating (saved me money). I stayed in two rooms directly above the dining area & I’m a light sleeper but the noise from people talking didn’t bother me when I was awake & I always travel with ear plugs so it wasn’t an issue. The people coming there was really only on a Saturday night. I definitely recommend Legenda Beril & would stay here again.
