Also, there was a very strong perfume or air freshener smell when I first entered the room, which was a bit overwhelming and gave me a headache. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the room could definitely use some updating and better ventilation."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed on the Club Floor and the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. What stood out most was the staff — genuinely warm and friendly, but always professional and attentive. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, making it very easy to get around. We also appreciated the little details, including the efforts to reduce unnecessary plastic. A wonderful stay overall, and definitely a hotel we would be happy to return to."
