Check-in with Mr. Ahmed was not very pleasant, but Duty Manager Mr. Rayan made my stay wonderful. He upgraded my room to a higher floor (18th floor) and also extended my late check-out, which was very helpful on Friday. The location is excellent, come out from the hotel and just step into Haram from King Abdul Aziz Gate number 1. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Special thanks to Mr. Rayan for his kindness and professionalism.

One of the best hotels

My third stay at this wonderful hotel. Rooms are huge and spacious. One of the best hotels in Makkah in Safwah towers. Service is excellent and iftar was amazing. Just one floor before is the food court where you will find all the restaurants including a very nice Bangladeshi for place. Below that floor are all the shops. Perfect location Alhamdulillah.

This is the closest hotel to the Haram. Few minutes walk to cabs and buses. Friendly staff with prompt service. Good breakfast buffet options. Keep cash for too service, for some reason, my visa and MC didn’t work. Overall, great hotel to stay.
