Room was clean and very comfortable for the two of us. Staff was very helpful online to make sure we were settled in. Easy to find and door code worked perfectly. Location was very good and central to walk to everything.

Perfectly located in the heart of the historic district — less than 5 minutes from the old Cathedral. The room was charming, with a nice mix of historic touches and modern minimalist design. My only complaint is the rigid check-in policy.

Very clean and comfortable stay, easy check in and entry to accommodation and room. Room lacks storage but ok for a few days, great location, allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after our check out. A great place and will use again.

Area has excellent dinning and drinking options near by, staff was friendly and felt safe and comfortable. Only Friday evening was loud outside. We spent 5 nights at this place and considered and excellent option for adults.

It is not a hotel. Its a hostel! Checking experience horrendous, and completely spoilt our day. Told to try and find somewhere else!! The walls are paper thin, the area is noisy, and no staff available.

We had a lovely experience staying here. Our room was clean and was decorated beautifully, and we had a nice view from the balcony. The location was great - there were many restaurants, shops and sights nearby, and there was a little card in our room with recommendations for things to do, which was lovely. It was a bit loud at night - but that’s because the building is located in a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, so it wasn’t a huge issue or fault of the property. Only other issue was that the shower tended to leak out into the bathroom, and the sink was a bit finicky - sometimes getting more or less intense on its own while using, but it wasn’t too bothersome.

We didnt receive information after completing online check-in on how to enter property. We tried to contact supplier on the 24 hour phone line which no one answered after several attempts. We emailed didnt work. A cleaner arrived and you answered them so after nearly an hour we got into our booked apartment. Maybe answer your 24 hour phone !!!

A pleasant place to stay in if you like being in the middle of a vibrant old town atmosphere in an old style building. This may mean, however, being awakened by outside crowds at 2 in the morning. The lack of soundproofing inside may also disturb you if you have noisy neighbors.

Well renovated, close to the centre, still silent except one night when three British guys were shouting at eachother in the street. Long time to get the shower water warm. Could hear the neighbours coughing. No fridge or boiler.

Extremely rude check in staff. Bad communication

The experience of 1 night in this hotel was more than questionable. The checking was complicated and the staff member managing it was extremely rude. We arrived at 13:55 with all the heat and he refused to open till 14:00. How ridiculous is that? The bed sheets were old and in a very questionable state. The toilet gets flooded in 2 seconds. Definitely a NO OPTION even for super sort trips. It was absolutely horrendous and quite a disappointment as hotels.com user. Worst 100 euros spent ever.

Mixed feelings about this place because I liked it and didn’t at the same time. When I checked in early, I was told that there would be some member of the staff on Sunday at 10 am to meet us and store our luggage before our room was ready. When We got there, the whole reception was closed and the lights off. Our codes would not be active for another 4 hours or so, so we had to wait for someone to open the main gate for us. We waited a few minutes but there was no one, so I had to use my roaming line to call the number at the front door. The guy that answered said he doesn’t speak English and that he will have someone call me back in 3 minutes. One hour went by btw and I never got that call. However during that time , some guests left so we were able to go in and at least sit in the lobby and wait there, but it was dark, super humid and hot and the washroom was locked with a padlock! I used the main phone line in the reception to call the numbers they had listed there and after talking to three people, the cleaning crew finally got a call to let us in our room. Atleast we got the room earlier than 2 pm. (It was noon by that time. I can’t blame the cleaning crew because they must have been rushed to give us the room but it wasn’t that clean. Beard trimmings were still in the sink and the new sheets weren’t that clean. After that first day we were able to get over the disastrous Checkin and focus on enjoying ourselves. The staff the following days were very nice and helpful
