"The Futurotel was clean, well located with a friendly staff. However, it is a capsule hotel, with each bed in a sealable capsule. All guests gets a locker close to their capsule. There are a number of pods with about 6 capsules and a washroom in each. It was fine and kind of fun for one night but ..."

"We stayed there 22 - 25 May. Family of 4 in a 2 bedroom suite. Everything is new! Staff were attentive and helpful. Location is great: near the beach and pier with many places to eat. Downtown is a shaded walk away. We would stay again."

"They didn't clean the room, just change towels, some towels with holes, toilet was splashed of feces for more than 3 days which means the didnt clean correct, i had to clean it, no ice machine in the entire hotel, they sale the ice at the lobby bar 50cents for 3cubes if ice, unbelievable, beverage ..."
