인터넷도 잘 터지고 친절하고 여행사도 1층에있어서 급 예약하기도 좋았습니다 2시간동안의 마사지도 우수했음 다만 시내가는 셔틀이 시간대가 정해져있고 많지도않는데 5$나 받음 ㅡㅡ 숙박객은 당연 서비스해줄거라 생각했는데 ㄷㄷㄷ 그냥 택시타고 다녔음 그리고 카약 돈받는것도 좀 너무했음 넓은것도아닌데~^^''

해변이 아름다운 호텔
룸컨디션이 아주 좋습니다. 체크인시 방을 한단계 업그레이드 해주었습니다. 개인 비치에만 나가도 물고기가 너무나 많이 있어서 좋았습니다. 스노쿨링 하기 좋아요 수영장도 깨끗합니다. 청소도 자주하는것같습니다. 다만아쉬운것 호텔에 이용할수 있는 시설이 별로 없습니다.

Definitely coming back!
If you want to stay at a resort in Palau, you can choose either between royal or pacific. Yes, the pool and private beach may be much smaller in royal, but the room conditions and the overall interior is so much more modern and neater. Just a small issue with ants... but I have been told that the ant issue in royal is nothing compared to other major insect issues in other places. Also, the staff members were all so generous and prepared to assist us even if we had a ridiculous request such as filling up our massive inflatable watermelon with air (it took the staff almost 30 minutes to do this and he was TOTALLY okay with it) Lastly, in regards to location, we had a lot of ocean activities planned during our trip, and since all of the offices of tour agencies and ticket centers were located so close to the resort, our “meeting time” with the guide was late compared to other meeting times (it was like 9:00am, while it would be 8:00am at other hotels) or we could even just walk over to the offices there in 5 minutes. Also note that “drop off bar” a popular cafe/bar/restaurant in Palau is located less than 5 minutes away. So all in all, we absolutely loved this resort, and hopefully if we ever make another trip to Palau, we would definately stay at royal again.

방은 맘에 들었어요 프라이빗 비치는 생각보다 작아서 실망했지만 나머지는 좋았습니다 특히 식당에 8불짜리 참치회는 이거 먹으러 다시 가고 싶을정도로 맛있었어요!

조식만 빼면 완벽했던 숙소 입니다.
팔라우 리조트는 오래되어 낡았다고 들었는데 깨끗하고 낡지 않았어요. 비가 자주와 방이 좀 습했던것 빼고 상태는 아주 좋았습니다. 다만 조식포함으로 예약하고 다 지불했으나, 조식을 부페로 이용시 7달러의 추가 부담을 해야한다는것은 안좋네요. 부페로 이용 안한다면 빵에 과일 좀 주는게 다여서 안할수도 없구요. 프론트 직원도 친절하여 가르쳐 준 리조트 주변 식당 및 시내 식당도 다 만족 스러웠습니다.

작지만 스노클링도 하고 다이빙 연습도 할 수 있는 자체해변 있습니다. 풀은 그다지 크지 않습니다. 식당은 1개 있습니다. 다운타운에서 좀 거리가 있긴 하지만 저녁때는 셔틀버스가 다닙니다. 리조트 셔틀버스는 아니고 공공(BII Shuttle Bus??)인듯한 버스로 구석구석 다 정류합니다. 리조트 배차간격은 1시간 30분 정도...

I booked 2 nights with breakfast and 1 more night without. When I first went to the restaurant to have breakfast, the staff told me that the continental breakfast is free but I need to pay 7$ more in order to enjoy the real buffet. As I already paid like 70-80$ for the breakfast I just chose to have continental breakfast. It was served by the staff and there were 2 chopped pieces of each 3 different fruits and 4 different bread. That was it. I just can't believe 3 different kinds of fruits and 4 different bread are worth 70-80$??? They should not ask for more dollars for the buffet breakfast as I already paid them upon booking. I have never seen a hotel with such a stupid policy. And no wifi at all even at the lobby!!!! I wouldnt stay here again.

Nice hotel
We stayed in the deluxe ocean view room. Since the building was renovated recently, it was very neat and clean. The restaurant was fine, food was tasty and not so expensive. On sunny days, the resort was very quite (maybe most guests went out for tour) so we can enjoy the pool and beach as much as we could. There are local travel agency offices in the hotel so we could arrange our tours on site.

방은 깨끗하고 청결하며 서비스도 좋습니다. 조식은 유럽식(빵 우유 커피)과 일반식이 있는데 조식포함으로 예약하실 때 참고하세요, 맛은 그냥 그렇습니다. 테니스코트는 시멘트 바닥이라 별로고 탁구장 당구장 헬스장 있어요. 키즈룸은 너무 작고 답답, 프라이빗 비치는 생각보다 근사하지 않아요, 수영장도 작지만 사람이 많지 않아 아이들과 즐기기 좋아요. 아이 튜브 가져가야 하고 바람 넣어주고 바다로 여행시 타올 빌려 줍니다. 리조트 정문 앞 완쪽에 미니마트 저렴합니다. 레스토랑에서만 Wifi됩니다. 전체적으로 조용하고 공항으로 픽업 서비스 되지만 여행사를 통하는 게 왕복 10달러 쌉니다. 팔라우에선 좋은 리조트입니다~^^

사진에 나온 그대로, 너무나 경치가 좋은 방이였습니다. 호텔 일층에 여행사들이 있어서 투어예약이 쉽고, 전용비치에 다이빙 샾이 바로 앞에 있어서 편리했습니다. 다만 와이파이 카드를 구매 했는데도 연결이 잘 안되어 답답했습니다. 레스토랑의 음식도 별로예요... 직원들은 모두 친절 했습니다. 전체적으로 만족하는편 입니다.

제 실수로 더블부킹이 되었는데 정말 감사하게도 무료취소를 도와주셨습니다. 덕분에 정말 잊지못할 신혼여행이 되었습니다. 조식도 맛있었고 리조트전용의 해변도 정말 예뻤습니다. 리조트전용 해변에서 가볍게 스노쿨링하고 놀기 좋았습니다. 다만 시내와 거리가 있기에 이동하시기 불편합니다. 주변에 다른 식당이 없습니다. 주변에 슈퍼가 없습니다. 와이파이카드는 대문자 팔라우퍼시픽으로된이름과 소문자로된 팔라우퍼시픽만 사용가능하시고 20달러에 10일연속이였나 10시간정도밖에 사용이 안됩니다. 많이느립니다. 식당와이파이는 무료로 사용가능합니다. 중간에 호텔을 옮기실분은 와이파이카드 구매ㄴㄴ입니다. 팔라우 시내쪽으로 가시면 안터집니다. 하지만 리조트 자체는 정말예쁩니다. 안에 샴푸린스치약칫솔뿐만아니라 실과바늘등 세세한것까지 챙겨주시는점이 정말 마음에들었습니다. 리조트 로비에 바다거북이 있습니다. 로비가 정말 예쁩니다. 식당으로 가는길과 프라이빗해변가등 다양한 꽃들로 정말 예쁘게 꾸며져있습니다. 직원들도 상냥합니다. 아 그리고 호텔 체크인시 보증금(디파짓)50달러를 결제합니다. 직원들은 한국어를 못하십니다. 영어와 일본어를 사용합니다.

팔라우에서 가장 고급스러운 호텔입니다. 일본 호텔 체인 니코 계열로서 세련된 일본식 인테리어를 경험할 수 있습니다. 잘 꾸며진 비치가 아름답고 야자수와 파라솔 아래 베드가 있어서 편히 쉴 수 있습니다. 야외 수영장 및 마사지 스파가 따로 마련되어 있습니다. 스파의 서비스와 품질은 최상이지만 가격은 팔라우 내에서 가장 비싼 편입니다. 호텔 식당은 가장 아쉬운 부분입니다. 비싼 가격 대비 재료의 품질이 조금 떨어집니다. 가까운 Drop Off 식당 등을 이용하길 권합니다. 대신 타르트나 푸딩은 추천할 만합니다.

편리한 위치
퍼시픽 리조트 보다 크지는 않지만 위치는 좋으며 리조트에 수영장이 바다풀과 수영장이 따로 있어서 아이들 놀기에도 좋습니다! 다만 흠이 되는거는 와이파이가 돈주고 비즈니스 센터에서 따로 해야된다는거 빼고는 시설이나 주변 환경은 좋았습니다! ^^

가족여행으로 정한 팔라우에서 숙소때문에 고민많이 했는데 로열리조트 괜찮네요. 7살.아이가 놀기엔 비치도 괜찮고 수영장도 귀엽습니다. 비치는 수심이 갑자기 깊어져서 아이가 놀기에 부담스러울수도 있지만 구명조끼 착용하니 잘 놀구요. 깊은 가장자리쪽엔 열대어들도 많이 있습니다. 저흰 오션뷰 아니었는데도 경치 좋더라구요. 다른.나라들에비해 숙소는 상태에비해 비싼편이 지만 팔라우의 아름다운 바다를 보기위해서는.감수해야할.부분이라... 작고 아담한 리조트 입니다~

전반적으로 편안하고 아늑한 리조트
팔라우는 아직 개발이 덜 진행되었으며, 자연환경 보존을 최우선으로 생각하는 팔아우 정부의 특성상 향후에도 그리 빠른 개발이 이루어지지는 않을 것으로 생각됩니다. 이 때문에 금액에 비해서 필리핀/태국 등 타 동남아의 리조트 대비 시설은 부족한 편이라 합니다. 그래서 인지 생각보다 휘황찬란하지는 않았지만, 머무르는데 큰 문제가 없이 깜끔하고 아늑한 분위기 였으며, 작지만 이용하는데 문제가 없는 경관 좋은 Private Beach가 있어 좋았습니다. 가격이 부담되신다면 1~2박 정도 머무르고 다른 저렴한 펜션형 숙소로 이동하시는 것도 추천하는 바입니다.

다른 리조트에 비해 조용하고 아늑합니다. 한국인은 상대적으로 적은 편이고 일본인이 많습니다. 호텔내부도 께끗하고 내부 인공바다연못에 각종 어류가 다있어 심심할때 나가놀고 인공비치이긴한데 상대벅으로 더 깨끗했습니다.특히 길건너에 마트가 있어 저렴하게 간식이나 생필품을 살수가 있어요.내부에 임팩이란 여행사가 들어있어 액티비티 예약도 저렴하게 할수 있구요 굳이 한국인찾아액티비티하는것보다 훨씬 내용도 충실하고 가격도 저렴하였어요

Beautiful tropical hotel with lovely grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar & spa is fantastic. Only downside is that WiFi requires near constant sign-in.

relaxing, nice rooms, good view, solid food
Palau is a quiet place, with not a ton to do other than dive and relax. This hotel is great for relaxing and has access to diving. Good food. Nice views. Beach area is not big, but is nice and differentiates from other hotels in the area.

Don't waste your money. Go next door to the Cove
Nice pool, nice room. That was it. No breakfast buffet. Outrageous food prices. TV has 4 stations that came in. No movie channel. We also stayed next door at the Cove for a few nights. I would definitely stay THERE again.
