“The location was accessible and a 5 minute drive to the old port. The grounds were pristine and the building had great modern urban styling. The amenities (I dont normally comment about) were excellent. Thank you for the friendly excellent service. Would stay here again. ”

Would have benefited from someone on reception to give advice about best places to go to and what to see. The reception was unmanned during our stay but the restaurant staff were very helpful. The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here. Their customer service was amazing. ”

“Very unique experience staying at aisha hotel. It’s very close to the harbor but tucked away in a quiet street so it doesn’t get very loud. The hotel has very unique properties just like the old town. We won’t hesitate to book again if we return to chania. Natasha, Maria and the rest of the staff were very helpful during our stay. We hope to be back soon!”

“The space was all I needed. The location was in the heart of the car free old town area. More the enough shopping and restaurants were extremely close by. I took the bus from the Chania airport and walked maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient location and easy to access.”

“We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience. ”
