“일단 위치가 너무 좋아요! Lugano, Citta(푸니쿨라역) 바로 앞이고 나사거리와 치아니 공원, 호반산책로랑도 다 가깝고, 쇼핑이나 Coop 가기도 너무 좋아요! 호텔 조식 메뉴가 너무 훌륭하고, 직원들도 너무 친절하구요. 창문을 열면 보이는 뷰도 너무 예쁩니다:)”

“The hotel is in the perfect location for anyone who likes to travel on foot, a short downhill walk from the train station and an even shorter walk of two blocks to the lake, excellent restaurants and cafés. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a city map and free passes for public transportation. This was very helpful for taking the cable car uphill to the train station”

“가격에 비해서 너무 안좋아요. 일단 아파트식이라 로비가 없어요. 바코드를 찍어가며 출입해야하고 방이 너무 작은데 발코니도 없어요. 12시가 체크아웃이지만 그동안 할게없어서 일어나자마자 나갔어요. 조식도 다른 Bar에서 먹여야하고 (씻고 옷 다 갈아입고 나가야함) 욕조도 없고 게다가 침대에 피도 뭍어있었음.”

“1박2일 숙박이 참 편했습니다. 직원분들께 감사드립니다. 조식이 10Fr 이어서 기대 안했는데, 기대를 훨씬 넘었네요. 루가노 여행자분께 강추합니다.”

“Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment. Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price.”
