"The room was very beautiful with a very stunning view of the Riverside, it was a lovely setting. Unfortunately that is the only excellent thing. On arrival at the hotel, I was told I had to pay extra for parking which was very off putting because the room i booked was already expensive, I believe guests should not be made to pay for parking after paying such a significant sum per night not to mention they never stated parking was a separate fee so i was caught off guard on arrival. Secondly, the sheets on the bed were dirty and unfortunately I did not notice until the next day at checkout time otherwise i would have asked for a new duvet that's how dirty it was. I don't believe the sheets were changed before my arrival and if they were they were not washed properly. Third, not even one complimentary bottle of water as a courtesy to guests. Lastly and the worse of it all I believe the room I stayed in "room 828" has bed bugs. I returned to my house with small red itchy bumps all over my body, my hands, my legs, my neck, my back, red bite marks, I am itching all over. This has never happened to me before something bit me while i was sleeping in that room. If i could attach pictures i would to show how bad it is. The only thing nice about my stay was the view of the water everything else was awful; hidden fees, dirty sheets, bed bugs, I would not recommend at all. Not worth the money I spent at all i still don't know what i paid for."

"Not the cleanest. I also asked for a receipt for an unexpected $25 pet fee because it’s listed as pets stay for free, so I wanted to try and get refunded for the error through Expedia or motel 6. The owners started yelling at me and were extremely rude despite me being calm and friendly. They said only a few rooms are pet friendly. They do not list any pet friendly rooms on Expedia, so it seems like a $ trap and should not be listed as pets stay free. They ended up refunding me but were very rude and raising their voice, and would not let me explain or speak, which was overwhelming for a solo woman."

"This hotel is extremely tired and the pictures online don’t convey the correct message. The air conditioner is a window air conditioner and it would not stay on so our room was extremely hot all night long. We didn’t sleep. The hotel rooms are very tired this hotel needs a full renovation if it’s going to continue."
