"The hotel is ok, the staff need to be more attentive it just feels like they want the hotel to die.
Restaurant only open for breakfast, the sports bar didn’t open during my stay y asked why they say because lower ocupancy.
I will definitely not stay here again. "

"Ladies staff is excellent, asked the guy who was at reception for one coffee pouch to make strong coffee since I had a headache and he refused and said only one coffee pouch was given per room and since I had used it already, if I wanted any more coffee , I should go to the gas station and get it myself. It was 8 at night and I thought it was really rude. Expected better customer service."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 1697. The location is excellent, right on the main square. It's tucked away so you feel like you are in a quiet oasis. The property is charming, and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the included breakfast each morning by the pool. The staff was lovely. We hope to return soon. "
