Hotel property was very well maintained, on-site restaurant was great! Staff were very friendly and great hospitality. Rooms were a bit limited on extras (small tv, limited towels, no coffee maker etc) but bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large and renovated. Overall positive stay! It is in an area on its own so not close to other restaurants etc, but a great location for a short stay and only 20 min drive from Heraklion airport!

Translation results They say it is a family business from grandmother to grandchildren. They must be blessed with a good staff to maintain such a facility. The meals are family style and the evenings are like a family party. The guests were very relaxed and friendly. The pool as well as the handmade playground equipment make this a great place to stay, especially for families with young children and for calm people. Amazing place we will definitely come back to Crete and stay here! While we were here had all we needed, home made breakfast daily, delicious food for lunch or dinner. On site convenient store and laundry. Great pool, view and drinks - we used them all. The location has a gorgeous view, relaxing vibe and easy access to tourist sites on the island. Thank you to this family business for your hospitality!!!

Beautiful property

Overall we were very happy with the hotel and value. The staff were friendly and pool/restaurant very nice. Room was a bit dated and basic but clean. Only gripe is the single beds which cannot be actually pushed together properly if travelling as a couple.

Great hotel, if only abit away from the sea. But the family is very friendly, they provide transport to/from the beach. Ok restaurant, firendly prices. Small shop for essentials and some food on-site. Pool nice and clean. Wonderfull experience :)

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Spiros Soula Hotel & Apartments. Boendet var rent, bekvämt och hade allt vi behövde för en avkopplande semester. Personalen var otroligt professionell, trevlig och väldigt välkomnande – deras gästvänlighet gjorde verkligen vistelsen extra speciell. Hotellet har en härlig atmosfär och fin utsikt, och vi kände oss väl omhändertagna från början till slut. Det enda att tänka på är att området runt hotellet är ganska lugnt, så det finns inte så mycket att göra i direkt närhet om man söker mycket aktivitet eller nattliv. Men om du är ute efter lugn och ro, god service och en fin miljö är det här ett utmärkt val. Vi kan absolut rekommendera Spiros Soula och skulle gärna återvända!

Sehr nettes Personal, ausgezeichnetes essen, top Lage. Die 2 Gästebetten waren Recht hart, aber okay. Traumhafter Blick vom Balkon mit Cocktails von der Bar. Das lässt den Tag super ausklingen. Mit 3 Kindern sollte man das etwas größere Zimmer nehmen. Super Pool, sauber und gepflegte Außenanlage. Bewertung für eine 3 Sterne Unterkunft Exzellent! Mal schauen, ob wir wieder kommen.

Ich hatte einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und vertrauenswürdig – ich habe mich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der Service im Restaurant: Das Team in der Küche und im Service hat wirklich tolle Arbeit geleistet – jedes Gericht war ein Genuss, und man merkt, dass hier mit viel Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Auch die Organisation vor Ort war top. Wer mobil sein möchte, profitiert vom praktischen Mietwagen-Service direkt im Hotel – super unkompliziert und flexibel. Und wer lieber ohne Auto unterwegs ist, kann ganz entspannt den täglichen Shuttle zum Strand nutzen – hin und zurück, total unkompliziert. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt perfekt – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Bis zum Strand muss man 20 Minuten den Berg runterlaufen, aber das Hotel hat einmal am Tag einen Shuttel Service, der euch runterfährt und zum bestimmten Zeitpunkt wieder abholt.
