hôtel agréable et personnel très gentil

Hôtel avec belle vue sur la mer entouré de verdure et de plantes. Hotel Difficile à trouver avec Waze car pas d adresse précise. Personnel très accueillant et très agréable. Buffet a volonté pas très varié mais convenable.

Hotel in toller Panoramalage

Das Hotel liegt in einer tollen Panoramalage. Was uns geärgert hat -das wir nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten haben:-(. Nach mehrmals nachfragen. Wird noch mit Expedia geklärt -angeblich mit Expedia kein Vertrag über die Zimmerkategorie. Essen einfach (halt Hotel essen )da kann man nicht das Essen von der taverne erwarten. Service in Gastronomie und Reinigung super nett und zuvorkommend. An Anmeldung alle etwas überheblich oder jede Frage ist zuviel. Mit Kritik können Sie da ganz schlecht umgehen. Alles in allem war es ok-man darf nicht den Preis vergessen was man "nur"bezahlt und dementsprechend nicht sonst was erwarten.

Ok if on a budget

We were disappointed that the room facilities didn't meet the description by Expedia. There were no toiletries supplied. The hotel said that only 'superior' rooms get them, but on Expedia web site it says that 'standard' rooms do. At first the sheets provided were too small, but they gave us larger ones after we complained. The food could have been more varied. The hotel's position is excellent, with amazing views all across three bays from the terrace and dining room. Two beaches within walking distance. We had a car and could explore the island, but without that we would have felt a bit isolated, though there is a bus to Heraklion.

Bien mais quand méme un peut déçue

Sejour positif dans un endroit agréable a part que le service de l'hotel est pas a un niveau normal pour la qualité de **** un petit peut deçu. Positif : Belle chambre (superior) avec vue sur mer et spacieuse avec balcon. Belles piscines et propres. Les diners sont tres bon et variées. Negatif : Manque durant le notre sejour (les serviettes quotidiennes) Le bruit de gens qui passe si vous dormez avec des fenêtres ouvertes. (coté piscine)

Hôtel familial

La vue, le calme, le réceptionniste de nuit "extra", l'animation faite par Max, la gentillesse de la la barmaid Maria (à l étage). C est un hôtel très familial, étant parti en couple, ça n était pas l idéal.. Nous avons loué une voiture (indispensable !) Et je vous conseil de la louer à la station service "Safari" à 10 min à pied en contre bas de l hôtel (on la voit de la terrasse) prix beaucoup plus abordables ( negociables) et le monsieur qui y travail est très gentil et parle français. Car d ailleurs si vous ne parlez pas anglais, il vous sera difficile de communiquer avec le staff de l hôtel (mise à part l animateur Max qui est belge). Bon séjour.

Great three star hotel, with excellent food

we stayed in the hotel for 9 days in the end of June, a family of 4 my wife and I and two kids, the hotel location is very nice, the view is for sure panoramic, the food is really good with a great variety everyday, you had the usual all inclusive foods i.e. pizza , chips chicken nuggests ...., plus every day a nice variety of traditional greek food. the rooms are ok , we stayed in a sea view one which was lovely but the room itself is ok , the bathrooms need renovation though.

Beautiful hotel perfect for a holiday

The hotel was extremely clean, our room fantastic, the kids loved it. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful at all times. The location was amazing, beautiful setting and the view of the sea was incredible. Will for sure book again.

Très bel établissement, proche des plages.

Nous avons passé 2semaines globalement agréable, toutefois, l'accueil manque singulièrement de convivialité, autant dans les commerces les Crétois sont très sympathiques que la réception de l'hôtel est froid,pas ou peut d'explication sur l'organisation et les services de l'hôtel. Climatisation, wifi et coffre en option dans la prestation. La petite piscine est plutôt calme et très ensoleillée. L'apéro sur la terrasse face à la mer est plutôt très agréable et simpathique, dépaysement total.

Worst hotel ever!

Jeg er netop vendt hjem fra en uges "ferie" på dette hotel. Det var en ren skuffelse. Vi blev modtaget af en kvindelig receptionist som var uforskammet og manipulerende. Hun snakker med alle gæster på en gang og er slet ikke serviceminded. Hun gav os nøglen til et kælderværelse uden udsigt, og det passede slet ikke med beskrivelsen af det værelse, som jeg havde betalt for. "I'm sorry my friend. There is no more rooms available". Hun viser slet ikke gæsterne frem til deres værelse. Værsgo nøglen og brug 15 min på at finde dit værelse! Jeg sagde, at jeg ville overnatte på sofaen indtil hun finder det værelse som jeg havde betalt for. "It's OK with me! Gør jer selv den tjeneste og fravælg hotellet. Air condition og internet koster ekstra, og det er ikke billigt!

Hôtel sympa accroché à une pente

Séjour du 27 septembre au 04 octobre. Nous avions une grande chambre avec une bonne literie, tout était correct sauf les moustiques qui vous mangent le premier soir ; après on s'équipe mais une prise avec plaquette ne suffit pas. Le personnel est très sympathique ; au buffet, il y en a pour tous les goûts : à tous les repas, des légumes ou des pâtes ou pommes de terre pour ceux qui n'aiment que ça, une viande en sauce, une viande grillée, du poisson, des desserts variés. Il faut être en bonne forme physique pour choisir cet hôtel : le dénivelé entre notre chambre et le haut du parking devait être d'environ 3 étages. Nous avions loué une voiture, sinon, la plage d'Agia Pelagia est assez loin et mon mari n'aurait jamais pu remonter !

Hôtel correspondant a un 3 étoiles. Pas de miracle

Vue magnifique. Hôtel sans surprises. Le prix correspond au produit. Chambres moyennes avec douche "timbre poste". Nourriture moyenne, pâle imitation de la vraie cuisine grèque, mais de qualité correcte. Animations "touristes" sans grand intérêt, et on peut déplorer une sonorisation parfois très forte, surtout si on est dans une chambre pas très loin. Petite plage de Lygaria sympa et calme, mais il faut une bonne condition physique pour s'y rendre à pied. Environnement grandiose. Si on veut visiter un peu, un véhicule est fortement conseillé. Sinon, après ce 2ème séjour, la Crète est toujours aussi magnifique, surtout la moitié ouest. A voir absolument : Bali et, si on a de la chance, les tortues, Réthymnon, Chania (Xania, La Chanée...), le lac de Kournas, la plage d'Elafonisi, Plakias, Matala, et pour la moitié est, Agios Nikoalos et Elounda.

Petit hôtel en hauteur, à 15min à pied de la plage

Petit hôtel sur les hauteurs, à 15 min à pied de la plage. Il comporte deux piscines, un bar. Les repas sont servis sous forme de buffet et hormis les crudités, les plats proposés diffère chaque jour. le personnel est très sympathique, parle anglais et certains français. Petit bémol pour le tout inclus: l'alcool n'est servi qu'à partir de 19h30 jusqu'à 22h30. Après cette heure, l'ensemble des boissons sont payantes et il n'y a pas de petit en-cas prévu dans la journée. Sinon la vue est magnifique et nous avons été surclassé dès notre arrivée (nous sommes partis fin septembre). L’hôtel organise en fin de séjour une soirée crétoise. Nous vous conseillons d'avoir une voiture afin de pouvoir circuler librement.
