We stayed here in June. The large family suite with bunk beds was very comfortable and the staff was very diligent about replacing towels which was really appreciated. The room was supposed to be seafront but in reality we were looking at trees blocking the view. The beach is great IF not windy. We had a few days where the wind meant no swimming at the beach was allowed. No big deal but something to be aware of. Mezze and Mouries restaurant had great food. The breakfast options are also great....

Great resort and good staff, the location and viewe is perfect, the place deserves three or four days to staying. I would like to thank the wonderful staff Athina who made our stay better when she learned that our early departure brought breakfast at night. She is a commendable employee.

It's just great resort. The location is great. The facilities are wonderful. We were a couple on vacation and first when I've seeing the kid guests I thought it would be noisy. But The resort is very well planned - it felt like not crowded at all. There were plools for kids and just great SPA for adults. It has 4 or 5 restaurants on the territory of the resort - so you don't need (or actually you don't want) to go anywhere else. There's a direct access to the sea with good sand beach....

We couldn't be happier with our choice. Everything was simply perfect. Location was in the heart of Malia, close to most restaurants and shops. Our luxury 2-bedroom apartment had an amazing interior, it was also spacious and very clean. Pool area was great as well. We would love to return there some day.

Location was perfect, close to city center and historical sites. City is busy and little crazy to drive in but is fun if you are up for the adventure. The hotel was impeccable and since the moment we got there the staff was helpful. Digital keys are always hassle free. Room had everything we needed and more. Hotel has only a couple spots for parking if you have a car but only a block away there is a parking garage which had really great service.
