Muito bom spot na zona norte de Maillorca
Muito boa estadia, num local junto a Calla. Piscina implica atravessar a estrada, mas é apenas quase uma via de serviço do hotel. Praia com muito bom aspecto. Bar no hotel com bastante variedade. Pequeno almoço bastante bem servido. No verão admito que possa ser bastante complicado estacionar.

Old structure, nice location, undrinkable coffee
Nice staff, nice location seafront. The structure is old but acceptable. Unacceptable is the quality of the bkf coffee of both machines!!!! You have to have it at the bar of the hotel and pay for it. The rest fo bkf is ok.

Beutiful sea just outside with sunset! Fantastic! Nice in the air with a bris and no waws so possible to swim in nice water! Staff and food good and a lot of diffrent fruits. Thank You!

Great week!
Very happy with the 24 hour reception as our flight arrived in Palma at 11pm. Breakfast is 8-10am; lots of cooked foods, cheese, pastries, fresh fruit. Never too busy in the breakfast room. Our room (#3) was in the “old” part of the hotel so interior was a bit older and simple but price was good for the week, had all we needed plus a beautiful view of the ocean. Room was cleaned every day. Our AC did break half-way through the week but we were given a replacement fan which was fine! Reception helped us to book a Jeep Wrangler (€115) and also bikes (€11) for the day. There is a little shop around the corner where you can rent mopeds and buy supplies. The guy there is really nice. Parking around the hotel is free but hard to find a spot. Only downside is the other hotel opposite has loud stage entertainment almost every night until late. It wasn’t too bad but if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to ask for a room on the other side of the building. Old town is a 10 minute walk. A few nice beaches 20-30 minute walk (Sant Pere especially)!

Une grosse deception
Hotel bien situé devant une plage mais pas à la hauteur des 3 étoiles : Pas de frigo dans les chambres Un climatiseur trop bruyant ! Nous n arrivions pas à dormir, notre séjour s'est transformé en nuits blanches Ascenseur vieux et sent mauvais! J'ai toujours cette odeur de caoutchouc du sol de cet ascenseur dans mes vêtements à ce jour Le petit déjeuner est une grande déception, un café sans goût je dirai même dégueulasse, pareil pour les jus proposés et je ne parle même pas des vienoiseries proposées... Je ne recommande pas cet hotel

+ Hotel is netjes onderhouden. + Kamers zijn superschoon. + Zwembad aan zee is heerlijk. + Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam. + Ontbijt uitgebreid - Kamers zijn ontzettend gehorig. Je hoort alles. Van de douche/wc van de buren tot het gesprek 3 kamers verder - Voor het mooie net iets te ver van het centrum af. Er is 1 restaurantje op 5 minuutjes lopen. Voor de rest (schapjes, levendigheid, etc.) moet je naar het oude centrum en daar loop je minstens 20 minuten over.

L’hôtel est correct mais pas aussi spectaculaire que sur les photos. Attention, il y a de jolies chambre (comme sur les photos) mais celles au tarif de base sont beaucoup plus anciennes et avec vue .. sur les cuisine et le générateur électrique .. la piscine en bord de mer permet de profiter d’une superbe vue, dommage que l’eau de l’eau de la mer ne soit pas aussi transparente comme à d’autre endroits sur l’ile. Ici il y a beaucoup d’algues. L’accueil à l’arrivé est très express, cherchez les infos par vous même .. distance d’alculdia correct environ 15/20 min à pied, mais possibilité de louer des vélos à l’hôtel, très pratique. Enfin, buffet petit déjeuner assez complet, et ambiance de l’hôtel très calme au mois de septembre, parfait pour se reposer.

Fantastiskt mysigt boende med lite mer avskilt läge än många andra hotell i Alcudia. Promenadavstånd till härliga klippor med underbart snorklingsvatten! Minus för tråkig restaurang och ganska tråkig personal, men hotellet i övrigt är väldigt väldigt bra! Vi åker gärna tillbaka!

Disappointing
It was not stated clearly that there would be only free WiFi in the public spaces in the booking. You can buy WiFi in the room for an additional 3 euro a night but it only works on one device and it’s not very stable. You are also expected to pay 3 euros in order to rent a beach towel for the stay. The view on the backside of the hotel is terrible. There is an air conditioner machine that makes a lot of noise. You can upgrade and change rooms if the hotel is not fully booked, but if you can, make sure you get a sea view in order to be able to enjoy the balcony. The hotel breakfast is ok in parts. The cereal, fruit, yoghurt, eggs and bacon is there. Make sure you stay away from the mushrooms, coffee and the orange juice. The latter does not taste anything close to what it pretends to be. The service is ok. People working there are helpful but they could be a bit more communicative and informative on arrival. We had to find out ourselves through reading reviews that it was possible to purchase WiFi in the rooms after being told by them that it was only available (for free) in public spaces. The showers are designed poorly as water will spill all over the bathroom floor. The double bed is two single beds put together and they will come apart if you try to sleep in the middle. Not great for couples. The adult pool is a really welcome section of the hotel if you are on a couple holiday. Unfortunately, not all guests adhere to the sign “adults only”.

Rien a reprocher excepté l'épaisseur des murs lors de la construction de l'hôtel, je me suis fait réveillé deux fois à 5h du matin par les occupants de la chambre du dessus qui prenaient des douches, j'avais l'impression qu'une inondation allait me tomber dessus tellement le bruit de la douche était forte.

Vi blev uppgraderade till ett rum m havsutsikt när vi kom, det var toppen! Rummet var litet men helt ok. Garderob fanns och var rymlig men vi saknade dock krokar att hänga kläder, hatt,väska mm i rummet.

Le personnel est arrangeant, sympathique, l'extérieur est agréable, la plage est juste à côté. Le rez de chaussée est un peu bruyant (surtout tôt le matin) pour les clients qui y dorment.

Aircondition på det ene værelse skulle repareres 2 gange, hvilket gjorde at man ikke kunne bruge værelset. Der blev ikke givet kompensation for dette. Der manglede fri WFI på værelserne. Og ekstra betaling for en nøgle til safe boks burde ikke være der. Pool var dejlig og ser var altid plads, men der manglede lidt rengøring fra dag til dag i pool området.

Helt okej helhetsbetyg. Vi hade rum högst upp på taket som hade kunnat vara riktigt bra, men de hade slagit in hela balkongen med grönt nät av oklar anledning så man såg inte ut. Lyhört! Men fin pool, fanns alltid lediga solstolar. Gångavstånd till gamla stan och vi hyrde cyklar på hotellet och åkte till port de Alcudia och utmed stora stranden där. Vill man ha det lugnt och skönt så kan man absolut åka hit.

unieke ligging, fantastisch zwembad, goede service en vriendelijk personeel, leuke avondanimatie (optredens in de bar), heel goed ontbijt en avonddiner in vorm van buffet. In het oude gedeelte van het hotel zeer veel lawaai ; niks geisoleerd hadden bovendien kamer naast de enige lift, heel weinig nachtrust. Hotel vooral voor Engelse toeristen, hier best rekening mee houden !

You get what u pay for. In diesem Sinne sollte man keine all zu hohen Erwartungen an das Hotel haben. Frühstücksbüffet ist ziemlich bescheiden, die Zimmereinrichtung ebenso. Schwierig guten Schlaf zu finden bei älteren Federkern-Matratzen, die Klimaanlagen ist während des Aufenthalts kaputt gegangen so dass sie ständig Wasser verlor. Im allgemeinen lässt sich der Einrichtung Stil kaum beschreiben, da dieses extrem variiert. Das Hotel wird überwiegend von englisch stämmigen Urlauber dominiert. Die Zentrum Nähe ist ziemlich groß, die so gut wie alle schönen Strände befinden sich auf südlichen Ende der Stadt, deshalb ist ein Mietwagen sehr empfehlenswert. Das einzig positive wird wohl die Aussicht des Hotels sein, vorausgesetzt man kriegt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und man kann direkt gegenüber an den Strand. Hotel zwar renoviert aber Bäder sehr klein. Kein Safe auf dem Zimmer sowie keine Minibar. Hotel super hellhörig. Frühstück bis 10 Uhr und Abendessen bis 21 Uhr. Teilweise wird es knapp wenn man tagsüber unterwegs war. Das Personal fängt sehr früh an alles abzuräumen u man fühl dich dann nicht mehr wohl! Getränke müssen selbst bezahlt werden u sind recht hochpreisig. Buffetauswahl recht übrig morgens und abends. Kaffee aus einem Automaten der schrecklich schmeckt. Pool gegenüber des Hotels sehr schön aber liegen schnell besetzt. Parkplätze findet man abends in der Nähe des Hotels gut aber tagsüber schlechter. Wenn man auch mal wo anderst was trinken möchte muss man weiter laufen. Hotelgäste eher älter und viele Engländer.

Old hotel, no wifi in the rooms. Nice pool by the sea but other guests occupy spaces in the shadow already early in the morning with their towels. Bad breakfast, on the last morning the milk at the buffet was bad and i only noticed when i tried it with my cereals!!! Staff not friendly and confused, they tried to charge us for the hotel room and the ecotax 3 times - even though the room was paid on Expedia when making the booking. Hotel overpriced for what it is. Far away from village, no restaurants or bar nearby (20 min wal).

Très bel endroit avec superbe vue
Nous conseillons cet hôtel car il est bien situé, dans une zone calme avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Attention si vous réservez car il y a des chambres qui donnent côté animation de l’autre hôtel juste à côté et aussi des climatiseurs bruyants. Nous avins eu la chance d’être face à la mer. Notre séjour aurais pu être parfait mais lorsque nous avons ouvert nos valises une heure plus tard dans un autre hôtel où nous venions d’arriver, nous nous sommes rendu compte que nos parfum avait disparu ! Donc attention au vol ! Nous étions en demi-pension et le dîner était excellent.

Personnel aimable, souriant. Dommage que personne ne parle un minimum le français....hôtel très sympathique et agréable, le fait de traverser la route pour aller à la piscine n'est pas un obstacle car peu de circulation.
