Good in overall
Although I did not use but there was a surfing pool in this resort which surely be what manias can enjoy. The room was clean and cozy but the breakfast was so-so when thinking of the accommodation fee.

Claim due to cancelled booking by Sol Wave
My confirmed and paid hotel stay was cancelled by hotel. Only upon arrival we were told that booking was cancelled. I had 3 flights before this, a total of 23h of travel, and received no support whatsoever to find other hotel. Hotels.com has returned money now, but I hereby demand that Sol Wave pay for our stay 1520€, and that Hotels.com manage this claim with the hotel, as Hotels.com has choosen to establish partnership with wrong and poor quality hotel and should therefore assume responsability. I expect for this claim to be paid to me within October 2023.

Hôtel sur la plage, chambre avec balcon donnant sur la mer. Gardien et réception à toutes heures. Sorties nocturnes à pied, nous étions 2 femmes et nous nous sommes senties en sécurité. Parking payant sous l’hôtel à réserver 15€ par nuit si vous avez une voiture. En effet le carrelage dans les couloirs est une très mauvaise idée car nous sommes arrivées tard et cela faisait du bruit malgré nos précautions.

Tolle Lage und Strandnähe
CheckIn bis zum CheckOut und der ganze Service drumherum war toll. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage. Strand ist neben den Hotel, viele Restaurants und Bars daneben. Kleine Shops sowie Supermarkt in Gehnähe. Bushaltstelle nicht weit entfernt. Tolle Lage! Im Geschehen drinnen, aber irgendwie auch nicht! Komme gerne wieder :)

Points positifs:belle vue sur la plage, chambre spacieuse et propre. Accueil plus que minimal.Pas d'espace devant l'hôtel pour décharger les bagages, parking à 500mètres,entrée non spécifique à l'hôtel; porte d'accès à la plage fermée jusqu'à 11h le matin, environnement hyper bruyant jour et nuit....

Terrible stay BROKEN BED
Terrible hotel. I was given room with 2 beds and 1 of the beds was totally broken. There was big hole in it and my spine hurted after the night spent in that bed. My wife slept in other bed was ok. After the night I have complained to reception about it and demanded some kind of refund but was given just sorry. That is unacceptable for 4 star hotel and the price I paid almost 130 euros!! Bed is a basic most important thing in hotel room and I payed 130 euros for what? For sleeeping in broken bed?? If I knew I would have chosen hostel instead. Shame on this hotel and the way how they treat the customers. Zero compensation for uncomfortable stay. Dont stay in this hotel. Choose better onea in Mallorca. They dont deserve customers if they dont have basic manners how to refund customers for such a situations.

We stayed here for 3 nights and while the hotel was ok, the area surrounding the hotel was full of primarily souvenir shops and British pub type food at the restaurants. The room was fine - nice view of the beach.

Rooms are spacious with lovely sea view The place is always very clean Location is perfect Staff are really friendly , very helpful and hard working . Breakfast is amazing , dinner is nice but can be a bit better . Area around enterance doesn't match what is inside the hotel , but not a big deal. Really enjoyed my stay and will comw again for sure God willing .

Very good stay and clean hotel. Was very quiet for obvious reasons but all the staff were very friendly. Only gripe is €55 for a Bali bed. These are not even reduced for paying customers.

Property had two lifts which was belong to second world war, very old, was making bad noise and capacity for two persons only. There was always bad smell in bathroom but hotel staffs and location was great

Enjoyed the views, pool and beach. The hotel had a very nice restaurant attached to it which made it easy for dinner. Did not enjoy that the hotel did not have ice machines for guests. Paid for the ocean view front house, but got the side view. King bed consisted of two UNCOMFORTABLE double beds pushed together.

mon mari et moi les 2 fois précédentes lors de notre séjour avons eu une chambre suite junior vu sur mer magnifique, cette année l'hôtel étant complet la chambre été moins bien, de plus j'ai aussi perdu beaucoup de temps à la réception, j'avais oublié à la maison la carte de crédit avec laquelle j'ai payé mon voyage, le petit déjeuné est très monoton et le repas du soir pas mieux, aucune joie au moment de s'y rendre, problème aussi avec les ascenseurs

Allt är bra med wave house!! Rekommenderas starkt om man vill bo mitt i smeten, bargatan, stranden, supermarkets. Även personalen i receptionen var väldigt hjälpsamma med att ordna taxi varje gång vi behövde det. Stor creed till vår städerska som förvandlade ett riktigt stökigt "tjej" rum till ett fint och fräscht rum! Samt att vi älskade utsikten mot havet! Andra gången jag bor på wave house och kommer absolut att bokas flera gånger!!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und direkt am Strand und Meer gelegen. Gibt einige Liegemöglichkeiten in der Anlage für die extra gezahlt werden muss, ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Für die Surfanlage muss auch extra gezahlt werden, sowie für Billard, Tischtennis und VIP Bereiche. Leider sind die Zusatzkosten nicht sehr günstig. Das Frühstück ist Mega , es ist zu jeder Uhrzeit die volle Auswahl verfügbar, wird ständig aufgefüllt. Zum Abendessen, muss man entweder in zwei andere Hotels oder in Fünf umliegenden Restaurants laufen, was im Prinzip gar nicht schlecht wäre, wenn die Getränke inbegriffen wären, sind sie aber nicht. Nur in dem Burger Food Restaurant waren die Getränke inbegriffen. Zum Abend essen sind auch nur das Burger Food und das Italien Loft Restaurant zu empfehlen. Der Strand und das Meer sind wunderschön dort. Wir werden aber nicht nochmal dort buchen.

I liked the closeness of the hotel to the beach and the surrounding restaurants and shops. I really liked the view from my room with frontal sea view I did not like the fact that the wave machine was not working and sometimes it was noisy at night due to young people(probably drunk) partying in the nearby clubs on the strip.(this is not a fault of the hotel however)
