"Location on beach is beautiful. Pools are nice. Drinks are delicious at $15-30 a pop. Room was nice. We were quite disappointed though with pool availability and breakfast quality. We flew 3,049 miles to stay at this resort for vacation and there were times we couldn’t find beach chairs at the pool or ocean beach because there were too many people. The pool upstairs is for adults only and we had our child with us. Then on another day they closed one side of the pool at 2pm and the other side at 3pm for a special event they had. So you can use the pool as long as there are no special events. I believe they also close the pool at 7pm. It’s pretty early to me. The breakfast buffet is not worth the $43 a person, and they tack on the 20% service fee tip, which is ridiculous considering they’re only serving you drinks, you’re doing all the work to get your own food. Sometimes they have ala cart, but it seems as though it’s the buffet food. They have mini espresso machines in room but maid never replenished the cream or coffee. Also, you have to pay about $80 a day for parking. So you feel obligated to tip every time you get your car to leave during the day. One day we asked for change for a tip, and the valet worker only gave us back the amount of cash he thought was fair, after he removed his own tip, which I thought was odd. We probably won’t go again. "

"Revamped and beautifully beachy. love the new look, and have always loved their pool and hot tub deck w glass view over beach. Fantastic morning daily yoga w instructor Stephanie, and water aerobics was fun for all ages too w her. Cool rooftop bar. So appreciate that this hotel was not hung up on checkout time and made things easy both to transfer rooms and when departing. Just wish it was not so expensive, but BeachHouse provided a lot for resort fee which most do not. "

"We had a great time visiting the hotel- the staff were all very nice. The overall atmosphere was not as kid-friendly as we had hoped, but otherwise it was a good stay on the beach."

"We had reserved a room with a king size bed but the room was only two double beds. It was late at night and we were tired, and we had just walked up to the third floor because the elevator was out of order. We called the front desk to see if we could change but no one answered, so we just stayed in the room. Had to sleep in separate beds because my husband is very tall (which is why we wanted the king). We also didn’t realize there was a very loud nightclub as part of the property. Fortunately it stopped at 10pm but some of the spring breakers were staying at the hotel so it was noisy off and on through the night. Also didn’t realize there would be an additional resort fee of $45 (for two nights). The iron was broken so we asked for a new one. No coffee in the room which would have been nice. Had to buy it in the lobby (free coffee in the lobby would have been nice). Parking was free, which was appreciated. "

"We stayed at the Costa for 3 nights during spring break with 2 teens. Booked the King Suite which was VERY spacious! This suite had a big king bedroom + large bathroom + full kitchen & dining room + a couch bed & TV in the living room, + a couch bed & TV in a separate room off the kitchen. Could have slept 6! With 4 there was a lot of room to have luggage spread out which [with 2 teen girls & their explosion of clothing & beauty products] was key! The rooftop pool area was well kept, big pool, drinks & waitstaff quick to refill, & the food from that bar was delish & easy to bring back to the room. Costa has a coffee shop & little store for essentials on site & is right on the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Can walk from here to anywhere on the boardwalk. Staff at Costa were quick with requests & the WiFi is strong! We didn’t have the best weather for beach time so, we did some side quests to Seminole Hard Rock, Aventura Mall, & Superblue Miami. Would recommend all of those for teens! Great stay! Would stay again! "

"Rooms were very nice, partial ocean view was definitely a stretch, but the pool area and beach made up for it. Onsite restaurant had zero patrons.... We chose not to eat there...."

"The kitchen was equipped for cooking with pots, utensils, and dishwashing soap. There was suitable parking. The staff was friendly."
