An older but elegant property in central Manado. Room (deluxe) was large. Breakfast buffet very good with many options. Pool very scenic, but could use more seating. Hotel was convenient to Megamall and other shopping. Decor was attractive, and maintenance issues were minor.

The rooms were big and well furnished, albeit a bit dated. The furniture was cool and I got the impression it was handmade Indonesian furniture. There was a kettle, safe (although I couldn't get it to lock), and a fridge. Toiletries provided too and towels etc. The water was only hot for one shower and there were calcium deposits all over the shower head. The rest of the bathroom was real roomy and done with very nice granite. The wifi was pretty good, sufficient. There were english channels (hbo and hits) plus european news in english. My room smelled like smoke on the first night, so i assumes it was the nighboring room and also there was one of those doors that if unlocked, and your neighbor unlocks too, creates a door between rooms and the voices def travelled through that door despite it being closed. But there was central air and an ac unit on the wall that was seperate to that, so two forms of air conditioning you could control. The staff offered to bring air freshners. The other nights it was fine (no bad smell). Theres an italian restaurant there (pretty good) and the room service food was good. The front desk was certainly nice and helpful. The security guards however made me feel uncomfortable. Anytime they saw me they puffed out their chests, clinched their fists, and stared at me like I had kicked their family dog. Whenever they appraoched me was more like a boxer walking to face his opponent before a prizefight, than a guest in a hospitality setting.

Great hotel
The hotel was great. Near shops, mall and restaurants. So you can easily find anything. But The pool was dirty and the hotel’s restaurant and restaurants nearby are close after 8 pm. So you need to buy dinner before the curtain.

Nice Lobby
I stayed here so I could have a comfortable place with my wife as we both work online. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The wifi is slow (4.2/Mbps), the bath water was brownish, and the AC was weak. Our neighbors were very loud. The pool was not operational at the time of writing. They gave us free breakfast and a late check out, which was greatly appreciated.

施設は古く、タオルも使いこまれたものがあるが、清掃は行き届いており快適に過ごせる。 客室からの景色は素晴らしく、スタッフのホスピタリティも高い。 徒歩圏内にモール、ホテル隣にはローカルスーパーがあり、食料・日用品の購入にも便利。ホテル内には小型のドラックストア、カフェも併設されている。

Enjoyed my stay
I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large with comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from. The location was good for my purpose. My only complaint is that my room didn't have hot water and no convenient place to plug in my computer. But the price was good so I would stay there again.

Don’t stay there if you want a good afternoon nap
I stayed for 2 nights and get a room on the 8th fl. Nice sea view. Cleaned room. All the staffs was very sweet. The worst part is they had pool party event on the 6th fl while I’m staying there. It started in the afternoon till night. Their live music was so loud. I can hear very well inside my room, it disturb my afternoon nap. The next day when I was check-out, I saw anletter from the management that announce they eill have another pool party event on that day also. And they asking for the understanding from the guest for the unconvinience. It’s not fair, I think they need sound proof glass for their building if they always intend to having pool party. For me, I won’t be back to stay there anymore

The hotel upgraded my room. Thank you very much! It was a very big room, and I am satisfied very much. But when I came back to the room at night, the electricity of much part of my room had run out, and it had been left unfixed. It was the only unsatisfactory point. The place is OK. Comfortable room. Silence. The air conditioning was somewhat difficult to use. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good and dense. The hotel is convenient as a base for further trips to Bunaken or Tangkoko.

Good but a little run down
Very nice people. Hotel is good but getting a little run down. Needs some work. But at least it’s clean. The restaurant is good for breakfast but really slow for dinner.

This is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Amazed they could offer such a low price! The room was spacious with a beautiful view. The breakfasts were grand. And this hotel is a quick walk to the port where you boat to Bunaken Island!

10階のジュニアスイートに泊まりました。部屋からの眺めはシービューで素晴らしい。客室の割には、エレベーターの稼働率が悪い。朝食時は、大混雑した。風呂場の手洗いの水漏れ。入り口ドアのネジ外れなどメンテナンスをしっかりすると良い。受付や朝食会場の対応は気持ちが良かった。朝食バイキングのパンがパサパサしていた。

Tolles Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Schöner Blick auf den Strand von Zimmer und Pool. Nur der Pool ist nicht komplett ohne Bar, weil es ein bisschen dauert, um Ihr Getränk aus dem Pool zu bestellen, wie sie Ihr Getränk aus dem Hotelrestaurant und dem Aufzug bringen, sie haben 5 Aufzug, aber nicht alles funktioniert und manchmal ist es auch ein bisschen Zeit, um in das Zimmer zu kommen, da die Angestellten den gleichen Fahrstuhl benutzen, aber nichts ist großartig. Wenn ich zurück nach Manado gehe, werde ich verteidigt wieder hier sein.
