Stayed for four nights while in Granada. It's a nice quiet small hotel one block from the plaza. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfasts were great and tried the dinner in the restaurant one evening which was also very good. The staff were pleasant and helpful when asked. Would stay again

A very nice hotel just outside Moyogalpa on Ometepe. It's a very nice property with large comfortable and clean rooms. There was a choice of breakfasts and all the meals were very good. Unfortunately the pool was not available during our stay and we were not aware of this when we booked. English is very limited there but we enjoyed our stay there even without the pool. Loved Ometepe and would stay here again.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had. The photos online make the property look much nicer than it is in reality. While the location is convenient, the cleanliness of both the room and common areas was far below expectations. During our three-night stay, we killed approximately 17 large ants in our room, including ants crawling on the walls and ceiling. There were also small bugs on the bed, which made it difficult to feel comfortable sleeping. The shower floor appeared dirty, as though it hadn't been properly cleaned before our arrival. The cleanliness issues extended beyond the room. Even the restaurant area by the pool had ants crawling across the tables while we were eating. Overall, the property felt much more worn and poorly maintained than the photos suggest. I understand that Ometepe is a tropical island and encountering some insects is normal. However, the number of ants inside the room, combined with the overall cleanliness issues, made this feel well beyond what I would consider acceptable. I hope management takes these comments seriously, as the property has potential, but it needs significant improvements to cleanliness and maintenance before I could recommend staying here.

This was a last minute hotel for us. The staff was great, room was spacious, and the grounds were amazing. The volcano view from our room was breathtaking. Definitely an all around great find and we will be staying here again next time we are on the island of Ometepe.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman that does the food and beverage service in the pool area. We rented a side-by-side quad one day to explore, even though we had a car. Lots of fun.
