“Lots of false information. Breakfast is not available in the restaurant. Lunch in the restaurant is not always available depends on the day. Bar doesn’t generally open until 4pm. Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there.”

“My toilet didn’t flush the whole time I was there, there was a bug crawling on my pillow and daughter, and there was hair all over the shower. The staff was told about all of this and their response was is nothing can be done. I will never stay here again.”

“Honestly, id rate the stay at Chateau Renault 2.5. Ive paid less to stay at resorts in California and had televisions with bluetooth (or ihome's) and better service overall. The pool opens at 8 and closes at 8? Same for gym. If they were open later they would probably have a younger demographic stay. It was 90 degrees/daylight until 830/9ish and you cant jump in the pool to cool off. Wack. The day of check in, I called a few times and nobody answered my calls. “Great hotel for the price! The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean! Beds are comfortable. The pool was a hit and also really clean, my kids had a blast. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it is farther down from Fantasy Island and quiet, but still only a 3 minute drive to everything. Bonus, the beach is literally across the street. Basic hotel with all your needs. I was very happy with my stay.”
