Estrutura do hotel é boa, mas tem muita umidade, quarto pequeno, com cheiro de mofo, cama desconfortável, ar condicionado sujo, pingando, móveis velhos, e com pó, causando alergia, café da manhã fraco... Não conseguimos completar nossa estadia, só ficamos a primeira noite... Sem condições...

O quarto é excelente, mas o atendimento foi um pouco confuso, embora tenha sido cordial. Houve um imprevisto e o quarto não estava pronto quando chegamos para o check-in a tarde. Só há uma vaga na garagem, o que não fica claro no anúncio do hotel neste site. Então, se você não reservar esta vaga com antecedência, o seu carro vai dormir na rua.

Really nice hotel

Great cozy modern hotel with spacious clean well decorated rooms and kitchenette. Great price. In a quiet safe neighborhood. Not much around. But there's a store 2 houses down that opens at 4pm. With everything you need. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Short stay before an Amazon tour

The hotel was a very cute, small hotel. We were concerned at first because our driver had never heard of the hotel, and we were going down some sketchy roads to get there, but it was a very pleasant surprise when we arrived. The lady at the front desk was very kind. Our room was clean and pretty nice. The only bad thing was that the air conditioning unit was not very strong, so it was pretty hot all night. However, the next morning, the lady came in our room to ask if we were ready for breakfast and she asked if it was that hot all night. When we said yes, she was very surprised and began messing around with the ac unit. So I think we just got unlucky. The breakfast was delicious!!!! Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend it to someone else.

Nice cosy place in remote areas

It is cozy comfortable but Reception close by 5:30 pm. Also there is no one on Reception on Saturday and Sunday. So it is very difficult to get any information unless you know portughes.it is far in residential areas and to get a taxi to go to airport at early hours is impossible. It is good idea to rent a car.

Bom custo beneficio

Trata-se de um apart hotel pequeno, mas muito bem planejado pela proprietária e anfitriã. Ela é a atendente principal e se esforça muito para deixar o hóspede confortável. Há, entretanto, alguns problemas. 1) O sistema de atendimento do hotel não é 24 horas e só há portaria nos dias úteis (alguns imprevistos sempre ocorrem e isso atrasa o atendimento). Eu não gostei do sistema. 2) O café não possui muita variedade, porque não contam com muitos quartos, mas o unico fator negativo é o mal humor da copeira que não gosta de fazer um ovo ou uma tapioca. 3) o bairro é um pouco distante, mas a localização traz uma certa tranquilidade para o hóspede. Pontos surpreendentemente positivos: 1) Tamanho do quarto e qualidade dos utensílios do quarto. 2) Academia. 3) Simpatia da dona que fornece até o Whatsapp para tentar solucionar tudo.

Excellent overnight stay!

The hotel is a bit "off" from everything, but that aside, I enjoyed our stay in the hotel which has more the character of apartments than rooms. It was clean, nice, air-conditioned beautifully decorated rooms with well working Wi-Fi and anything you need to handle yourself without the service from the hotel. Suh as kitchen, microwave and a fridge. Both the managers of the hotel, Fabiana and Bruno speaks English, a rare trait in Brazil but very appreciated by someone lacking Portuguese. The hotel serves breakfast in a nice dining room and there is also a gym for anyone who likes to exercise. What struck me was the care which the room was prepared for the guests. Like the white towels on the beds that were heart shaped folded on red blankets and how the toilet paper roll was folded as a miniature fan. And on the bar counter in the room was it laid out plates and glass, ready for a meal. It all gave a very cozy feeling.

Se eu pudesse, dava nota 11! O flat é lindo! Impressionei-me com os detalhes cuidadosamente pensados para agradar os hóspedes. O apartamento tem geladeira, microondas, liquidificador, uma mini-cozinha... Show! Atendimento amigável e muito bem feito pela Median. Parabéns!
