조금 아쉬운 호텔
지리적으로 좋고 통유리 전망이 너무조아서 예약했는데요 방과 방사이 벽이 얇아 옆방 소리가 고스란히 다 들리구요 샤워기 수압 괜찮은데 뜨거운 물 틀면 이이인ㄴ니이니니잉이이이이니이인 소리가 엄청 크게 계속 납니다 ㅠㅠ 침대도 삐그덕소리가 나구요 지리 전망 빼고는 그닥 추천하지않아요

지역적 위치성의 우수함. 맛있는 조식 깨끗한 수영장 과 터키식 사우나 단. 창이 커 뷰는 좋으나. 창문이 열리지 않아 불편함.

Leisure facilities add that extra bit of luxury to a city visit and the on site parking is a bonus. All the staff particularly the concierge were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again for future visits.

The hotel was a very considerable cost for one night and so expected perfection, we found our room to be tired and so did my family who had a room on another floor. The lighting was so low even with my glasses on I had trouble focusing. Definitely needed brighter lighting. Breakfast was very nice but again I felt I couldn’t see the cereal, nuts etc the lighting was too subdued. Most hotels of a certain standard at least serve pots of tea/coffee to your table. This is not a budget hotel, I felt for the cost improvement could be made. Staff were friendly and polite.

I've given 5star overall rating, so won't go into great detail about the positives. However, there was one thing that rubbed me the wrong way was a security guard meeting you and asking to show a pass when you come back late at night. At a five star hotel this should be handled a more sofisticated way.

Can't really fault the room. Spacious, clean, nice view for what was a lovely weekend stay. My only complaint is we were told before arrival we would get a discount if we used the NCP Great Northern car park. Upon checking out, we were told that wasn't possible and we ended up paying full whack. Had we known, we would have used a different (cheaper) car park. Ended the weekend on a slightly sour note.

Had a nice stay all in all but the hotel room was looking a little tired, stains on carpet and chairs and furniture and woodwork looked a little battered. Also no teabags supplied in room, only supplied one toilet roll, and the shower gel was empty. Breakfast was excellent and enjoyed our visit to Cloud23 Bar. Could not fault the stay aside from the condition of the room.

The breakfast is perfect. The view of the hotel is breathtaking. It is very close to the city centre, and there's a discount for parking at the NCP car park nearby. It's a very comfortable stay.

A nice relaxing stay!
All the staff were lovely, especially the lady working in the club lounge on Thursday night and the guy that checked us in! The room was clean and had an amazing view. We enjoyed having complimentary drinks and snacks in the club lounge. The hot tub was really nice and all the facilities were clean. It’s in a great location, close to the car park, bars and restaurants.

Great views but that is all
Lovely views over the city but that is where it starts and ends in terms of any wow factor. The hotel is tired and dreary and in need of a huge refurb, we were given room 1111 which was tired and worn, stained carpets, chunks out of the furniture, marked and chipped desk, really not what you expect for the Hilton in Manchester City centre. My partner went down to reception and asked for a room change, the receptionist was helpful and happy to move us, explaining the hotel hasn’t had a refurbishment in over 15 years. The price of £151 a night doesn’t really reflect that. We have stayed in hotels across the country for much less with nicer rooms and facilities in city centres. Our new room on the 16th floor was a slight upgrade but executive suite is a stretch, the same old tired furniture and stained carpets, and wires hanging out of the fridge. A nicer view and bigger bed but not much else going for it. We got ready nevertheless determined to enjoy the break, we decided to visit Cloud 23, the host seemed very particular about not seating people near the window despite there being plenty of space, stating he was closing off the area (this didn’t happen) we got a really nice waiter who let us move when another couple left and we got to enjoy the views with a lovely drink, service was a little slow, we would have spent more if we got the chance. In the morning we opted not to use the pool facilities and instead checked out to go for breakfast in the city.

Location is very convenient. Walk to the points of interest in city center. Breakfast at Podium is excellent. Cloud23 (Sky Bar) is also worth going for afternoon tea or cocktails.

Mauvaise experience avec une alarme incendie
Tres bon hôtel, cependant on a été reveiller à 06h00 par l’alarme incendie. Nous avons du quitter en precipitation nos chambres ( en pyjama) pour rejoindre dans le froid et sous la pluie le point de rassemblement. Nous n’avons pu regagner nos chambres qu’à partir de 7h00 apres le feu vert des pompiers. Impossible de se rendormir.

The fire alarm went off at 2am. And the property had internet issues and charged my credit card in addition to my expedia purchase. Upon checkout, they said they would refund it- they still havent. Overall, terrible, unrestful experience.

Check in was a nightmare. Room not ready - so had to wait in the reception area for over an hour. When I finally lost patience, they gave me a different room which was ready - they could have done this at the start? Not sure what they were doing to be honest.

I had already paid for this when booked on line. Took payment again at reception!! Fire alarm at 2am in the morning. Not a good experience

Everyone was very helpful and friendly in the hotel. Great location and conveniently placed only 5 minutes from Deansgate station. Beautiful Christmas decor and excellent service in Cloud23

Customer service was good but the maintenance man was unable to fix the extractor fan in the bathroom which led to the whole room steaming up
