I will start by saying the front desk clerk at check in, Anna was amazing, super sweet, kind and helpful, that being said upon going to our room we note immediately it’s not the room we booked. We booked a 2 queen suite and got a 1 king suite. When I returned to the desk Anna tried to help, she spoke with the manager( I never saw the manager) twice but it was keep the room we have or give up the full kitchen. The manager never came out of the office, never offered an apology just left Anna to deal with an over booking issue… poor form. No linens in the room for the sofa bed, Anna quickly fixed that, coffee maker was dirty, pool was so dirty on the bottom we opted not to swim and the back parking lot hotel side lighting is basically nonexistent, 2 lights by the door, all the other lighting is on the other side of the parking lot. Had it not been for Anna’s helpfulness, I would give this stay two thumbs down, but she was so kind and tried to right the wrongs that her manager clearly had no desire to address. This was not our first stay here but perhaps our last.
