Excellent all round from check inn lovely helpful lady on reception. Clean and tidy rooom. Breakfast staff rude and miserable. Breakfast quantity was good quality was just ok at best. Spa swimming pool steam rooms sauna amazing.

Clean room good size and all amenities except a room safe. Staff courteous and fast efficient check in. Good breakfast selection but closed at 930. Check out 1200 so no rush to clear room. Good gym facilities but did not have chance to use this time. One slight issue was tbe extremly hard pillows. Othetwise all goodd.

Lovely relaxing stay

Spa amenities were lovely. Very clean and relaxing. Love the sauna pool that opens outside, was lovely just relaxing with the view and the other sauna and steam rooms were very well presented and clean.

Will 100% stay here again, from the very start the staff were friendly and informative, the room nice and clean and super dark and quite at night: breakfast and spa/ swim facilities absolutely lovely!!!

Rooms were very clean , all staff really smartly dressed and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast we payed for and were very pleased with , it had all that we needed (sausage , bacon, egg , hash brown, beans etc )and juice , coffee and im sure if you looked (which i didn't) there were vegetarian and vegan options also. We visited the spa while there and was very impressed with the amenities and also we had massages ...excellant we thought .

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Very clean. Room was lovely, comfy bed, again really clean. TV needs upgrading/fixing though. Alot of old channels as if not been retuned for a long time. Spa was amazing. The Jacuzzi with open air element was spot on for the soul.

The staff at the hotel were brilliant, especially the gentleman in the bar area during the late night period and his colleague on the front desk for the same period. Overall the property was clean, safe, welcoming and our stay was really enjoyable.
