I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were courteous and friendly. I was travelling alone and had booked a single room. The location is excellent. The host is very available and quickly answered questions. We had an issue with the hot water and she helped us resolve it within minutes. Great location and accommodation. The host communicated well. Just be aware that there is no elevator so luggage must be carried up a couple flights of stairs. Still worth it.

I recommend having your own car to fully enjoy the area attractions. But also strongly recommend the train to and from the Olcio station. It's an incredible experience to use the small single line station nestled in the hills and overlooking the lake
