Amazing service and clean room!

This hotel was so luxurious! There's a full clothing steamer that worked excellently at getting the wrinkles out of my dress. The bathroom water pressure for the shower was to die for! The toilet seat was heated and had bidet which was very nice. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were really nice on my neck after the long days. Very spacious and a large TV to watch movies, etc. The vanity mirror area was really nice for applying makeup and skincare! I really appreciated the Samsung...

Old hotel but very nice service & hotspring

Excellent luxury hotel. Centrally located. Beautiful property, helpful staff, reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

It was great! Check in can be kind of confusing since the desk is on the second floor but the entrance is on the first floor, but we did it with little trouble or hassle. Also, the (24 hr) laundry room might annoy some people, since you have to buy the detergent two floors up, and it's self-pay, two things I did not realize until I had already put my clothes in. I was, fortunately, with a friend, and she obligingly ran up to our room to get my wallet and then to the front desk to get the...

This hotel exceeded every expectation! The room was large (as was the bathroom!) and very clean, the location was excellent for us, and the staff friendly. There were dining options nearby and a bus stop across the street. I would absolutely stay here again!

The place is very convenient nearby metro station, shopping and many restaurants. The place is a lot smaller than we expected, we barely have enough room to move around for two average size of people. But we put up with it due to the location and cleanliness.

Great facility. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and there's a convenience store right inside. Location is out of the way from the rest of Busan, but otherwise it's awesome.

Coming from the states, we are so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a local hotel and not a big name hotel. This was perfect. The people who work here are so helpful. We needed to wash clothes and used our Papago App translator for all the signs (A must have in Korea for English speakers). The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and let me check in early. If you can’t check in early there’s lockers that are provided for you. It was an amazing stay and was sad to leave.

A very pleasant stay conveniently close to a metro station. Staff was attentive and helpful and I’d recommend it. Appears to cater to business travelers too. Only suggestion would be to install a full length mirror ( foyer has space). There is only one small mirror in the room and a bathroom mirror over the sink.

The property is wonderful with lots of convenient stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and great shopping location. Clean room, great staff, great location. 10/10
