"This is a brand new definitely five star restaurant with an excellent buffet in the morning not to be missed. The rooms are modern in every sense with fantastic views of the Han River. There are two pools one on the top of the 45th floor with a fantastic view of the city. Occasion was good and we will stay there again."

"Had no Issues staying at this Hotel. Perfect Location to walk to the Dragon Bridge as they followed through a gave me a room facing the tail end of the Dragon which was fine, just means i had to walk over. Also a 15min walk was the Han Market, so Location was Perfect. Staff were very attentive and always caring and would always ask if help was needed. Thank You to the Staff Members Tien, Tuan and Huyen. Grateful to have had great service. Breakfast was delicious as well. Would recommend and stay here again in the Future. They were alao helpful with Booking Trips like Ba Na Hills and Hue City Trips from the Hotel."

"I travel a lot and I had arrived from a so called 5 Star hotel in Hanoi, which certainly did not deserve 5 Stars, so I was not sure what I was going to expect. The Crown Plaza, Danang is a relatively new property. It is near the Han River and a short taxi ride to the beach. There are plenty of options for eating and drinking very close to the hotel. The rooms are a good size, especially the bathroom, which has plenty of room to move around. We had a River View room on the 23rd floor and the view was terrific. The buffet breakfast has a large variety of dishes and an excellent staff. A shout out to Tomas and Daisy in the restaurant who looked after us very well. Also the reception staff, and Lucy(?), who were very helpful and friendly. I plan to be back in Danang in a few months and will definitely stay again."

"Stayed at Brilliant Hotel for about 8 nights in April 2026. The staff there were great and really helpful. Michael, the customer care captain provided recommendations for where to eat and what to do. He also helped to find a lost mobile phone. The buffet breakfast had some good variety and quality was great overall. The room was clean and in good condition. Bottled water was provided daily. There was no iron/ironing board in the room though. Location was in the heart of the Hai Chau district, so in close proximity to many places. Highly recommended."
