We are senior citizens and faced hardship, as elevator was not functioning properly for couple of hours. Due to this we cut short our stay from 2 to 1 night. Other points were OK.
The Room was getting cleaned while we checkedin, housekeeping staff left hurry they didn't mop the floor and room was smelling while entering. Request hotel keep room cleaned complete prior to check-in.

Location of this property is good ,bath room need updation ,no hand towels ,toilet seats need to be replaced ,no fridge ,no ceiling fan ,middle of the night woke up couple times with sweating ..overall not very good .
The rooms and facilities were very good but customer service particularly from the front desk was rude. They were also very clueless about payment made for the room and asked multiple times for me to pay for the room again and again inspite of my payment having been made. Discourteous and rude. But the hotel itself was wonderful
What we loved :
Their king size buffet breakfast - with variety (love it)
All of their staff was courteous, patient and polite.
Has a restaurant downstairs, which worked for us. The price of the items was less, so was the quantity.
Bathrooms were super clean, bath accessories were refilled every day. Complimentary drinking water was provided.
Overall we had a pleasant stay and thanks to all the staff for making it a pleasant one.
What we didnt like :
We were given a smoking room instead of nonsmoking (we checked in late in the evening on sunday, so out of rooms). So even the room freshener etc did not work.
The wash basin in one of the toilets was leaking, but even they fixed it, it restarted again after sometime.
This is an excellent hotel. Very convenient location right opposite a mall and by the main street if this town. The hotel is new, smells clean and is indeed sparkling clean. Beautiful building with a clock tower and a delicious vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. The room was very comfy. The bathroom was spacious, clean and modern, with an open glass concept. The towels were scented with very fragrant smell - it was heavenly. The soap / shampoo too had a unique sandal scent. The breakfast spread was good and the food tasted good - indian and some basic continental options. Unfortunately on the day i was there the wifi had some issues but such things happen, so its not taken against the hotel.
Property is located in busy road. There are no basic facilities provided for vehicle drivers if you are travelling in hired vehicle. The hotel seems to be renovated recently or it's a modified building. Reception staff constantly ask for your check out plans. It's bothersome and embarrassing.
