Clean, great service, room service is available and beds are huge. Walkable to Greenbelt, SM, and Glorietta malls. Breakfast was a la carte which was great, preferred it over a buffet.

Would stay again!

It was perfect for what I needed. It’s in a great location next to Greenbelt! I would stay there again! The breakfast was good and the service was amazing. They make a great bibinka as well.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on September 2024, and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, has an amazing breakfast buffet, and the staff are very attentive, professional and friendly. The only drawback is that the rooms and building overall need refreshing, they could use fresh paint and some repair.

Ambush -Astoria Greenbelt Hotel!

Check in was fast, but there were unreasonable restrictions in the statement of understanding such as dress codes for entering the restaurant, requiring shirts with collar for example, specifically no in room massages and early curfew for guests. The room was nice, neat and clean, but the bathroom was soooo small that the door could not be opened fully because of a fixture built into the wall. Finally, upon checkout, I was told that my bill for the room was incorrect and was charged an additional amount for my stay.

Convenient location and great staff.

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of stores, restaurants and malls. Short ride to tourist attractions. Rooms were very nice. Comfortable bed and lots of space. Rooms and common areas very neat and clean. Staff cleaning constantly. Front desk staff and bell staff could not do enough for me. Always a smile. I only ate the breakfast which had a large and diverse selection. I would definitely stay here again
