비용이 저렴하면 그려려니 햇을텐데...
조식을 자리부족하다고 로비 쇼파에가서 먹으라는 말 들어보기는 이제껏 처음이었다. 청소불결.욕실 샤워기 불량.미니 드라이기로 머리를 말리니 2~3분후 과열로 정지되어 10분뒤 다시 켯고 정말 돈이 너무 아까운 최악의 호텔이었다.

몰과 붙어있는 괜찮은 호텔
이스트우드 몰과 붙어있어 필요한 것들을 바로 구매가 가능하며 호텔도 청결하고 좋았음 호텔에서 보이는 경치도 좋고, 바로 앞에 택시가 많이 다녀 택시를 잡는데도 크게 어려움이 없음

리모델링을 해야 된다고 느꼈습니다. wifi도 불편했었음
호텔이 라운지는 괜찮은데 숙소가 좀 낡았다는 느낌이 들었고, 창문 밑에 먼지가 많아서 직접 청소까지 했었습니다. 왜냐하면4박5일 있었기 때문입니다. 아침식사는 좀 한국식도 있었으면 합니다

청결하고 좋은 서비스 덕에 아주 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 의자가 조금 삐걱거리는 정도만 수정해주시기 바랍니다.

주변에 모든 것이 있는 호텔
이 호텔은 공항에서 약 30분 거리에 있습니다. 이 호텔은 최고의 위치에 있다고 생가합니다. 주변이 매우 깔끔하고 위험하지 않고 카페와 다양한 레스토랑 같은 빌딩에 쇼핑몰 등등 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다.

최상의 위치
커피스푼을 사용하려는데 먼지가 많이 쌓여있었음. 침대와 화장실 외에 사용하지 않는 부분이라도 구석구석 청결에 신경써주길 바랍니다. 그것 외에는 모두 만족.

I wish the hotel's age didn't show in its stained and dirty carpet. It was also quite obvious with the grime in the bathtub. My 3 night stay had to be cut short to one night hence my high review for the staff. Everyone was helpful yet there was nothing they can do with the condition of the facility.

Property well maintained. Centrally located with the shopping mall, several 24/7 restaurants. Perfect when dealing with jetlag. Early mornings are the best to have coffee in quiet of the surrounding mall area. The hotel staff were on-point in dealing with cleaning and making up the room everyday for our one week stay. Front desk and lobby staff and door men were all well trained and courteous.

The first room assigned to me has a broken toilet bowl cover and dirty. The paint is chipping and the metal were rusted. When I was moved to another room the toilet bowl cover got easily removed. I complain but was told that most of the room was like that. I just gave up and accept the room as I’m only sleeping a night. I will not recommend this hotel and will avoid this like a plague.

The area was nice with a big mall and lots of food options very close. The staff was amazing and I was impressed by their hospitality. If I need to be in that area again I will definitely stay here.
