The room is really small you don't even have space for the luggage and I have to open my luggage on top of the bed . It's clean , bathroom shower is great and the toilet is separate. Very close to the mall , 7eleven , Watson , Starbucks and chowking .

The hotel is misrepresented in EXPEDIA. It said parking is available but actually NOT. The hotel is a tenant of a bigger building and only had a few parking slots available for its guests and this was not disclosed in EXPEDIA. I booked this hotel primarily on the premise of parking availability because I have mobility issues and PWD. When I arrived in the hotel at past 10PM , I was told I had no parking. I was directed to a distant open parking lot and had to walk despite my mobility issues more than half an hour dragging my suitcases in a 41 degrees heat. Upon complaining to front desk, they managed to organize parking for me underground in the next building the next day which was OK but again, 2 nights before check out, the same issues happened as the building owner released my parking slot to someone else. On the upside, the STAFF were very courteous; the bed/pillows were topnotch. Cleanliness is above grade although basic amenities were missing like hair dryer, flat iron/ironing board, heating kettle and wardrobe closets. Internet connection was not consistent especially during the day.
