다음에 또 이용할 호텔
개인적으로 좋아하는 고전적인 인테리어에 다른 숙박업체에 비해 월등히 넓습니다. 오래된 호텔이긴 하지만 그만큼 호텔운영에 능숙한 거 같고 특히 직원분들이 일을 잘하시고 너무 좋아요 한가지 흠이라면 냉장고가 좀 시끄럽다는 거요

멤버십 가입하고 싶어요
욕조있는 싼호텔이라 선택했는데 솔직히 전 너무 좋았습니다. 직원분들 다 엄청 친절하고 택시도 잘 잡히고 파사이 근처라서 버스타고 이동하기에도 편했습니다. 처음엔 좋은데랑 비교가 되긴 했지만 지내고 보니 제일 편하게 부담없이 즐길수 있었음. 타가이타이 버스가 바로 근처에 지나가니는게 넘 훌륭함. Buendia 전철역도 바로앞에있음 공항도 멀지 않아서 좋았어요 택시탈때 지역을 잘 못알아들어서 waze나 구글맵 꼭 보여줘야돼여. 일방통행이 많아서 헤맬수있어요 맥도날드 가깝고 sm하이퍼마켓도 있어여 조식은 좀 조촐하긴 하지만 전 딱 좋았어여

객실에 담배 냄새빼곤 가격대비 모든 부분 만족합니다.
가격에 비해 퀄리티가 좋더라구요... 주변 환경이랑 객실에 담배냄새 나는게 좀 안좋았지만, 다른부분에 대해서는 아주 만족합니다. 다음에 가더라도 이용할 것 같네요.. 특히, 조식 아주 만족합니다. 시간도 9시까지라 넉넉히 준비하고 먹을수 있었네요. 체크인 할 때, 5000페소라고 이야기 하길래 호텔스 닷컴보고 왔다고... 호텔스닷컴 가격을 말하니 현장결제보다 호텔스닷컴으로 예약하면 바로 할인 해주겠다고 하네요 프론트 앞에서 인터넷으로 예약 했네요 ㅎㅎ

마카티 중심가에서 좀 외곽지역이였지만 공항이나 큰 도로를 갈때에는 편리했습니다. 오히려 조용하고 쾌적합니다. 직원들의 친절함이 우수한 호텔이네요. 다음에도 이용하려고합니다.

룸컨디션 굿, 스탭은 친절, 위치는 글쎄
룸컨디션은 나쁘지 않았고 조식은 다른호텔과 달리 선택메뉴였다. 메뉴를 두개밖에 먹어보지 못했지만 맛은 그냥저냥.. 위치는 대부분의 택시기사가 몰랐고 마가티와 파사이의 경계선에 위치해있다. 주변시설은 전무했고 말라떼와는 거리가 조금있었고 카지노들과도 가까운듯 멀었다. 스탭은 적당히 친절했고 방이 커서 좋았다. 다만 와이파이가 잘 잡히지 않아 불편했다.

it was nice
everything is good except for location. we took about 20 minutes to find hotel. but the employees are very kind and friendly. the room was clean, quiet, and cozy. the best thing is swimming pool that locate at top floor of the hotel. even they have gym.

Hotel staff including the guards are friendly, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. This is the most important for me. I really enjoyed dining at Cafe Mondo and their ‘daing na bangus” is simply the best. I enjoyed my weeklong stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Makati area.

Nice hotel in a central location. 2 employees were rude to me (Pedro the morning cook and Joy Villarreal). However, Victoria the manager surprised me on my Birthday with a Cake and a Happy Birthday song. All employees are nice BUT few are special: Mel the Lobby Host, Paula from the Cafe, Via from the Lobby, Victoria the Hotel Manager.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever walked into. Staff are absolutely amazing but the room stank like a sewer pit and location was far from anything. I checked out after 5 mins of being there. It’s not the staffs fault as they were so nice but this is not a hotel for the average westerner.

Amazing hotel, should be 4.5 star to 5 star. Well maintained, always clean, tidy. All employees are nice, polite and hard working. Just have to mention someone who is special: 1) Victoria the Manager is polite, patient, professional, helpful, humble and hard working. Had my birthday and Victoria the Manager and all employees surprised me with a birthday cake and a Happy Birthday song..thank you.

Coming bac to Herald Suites Solana is like coming to our home away from home in the Philippines. Checking was easy and fast as always. The staff met us with welcome drink and we our key straight away. The management and the staff make HSS far above the rest in Manila. The breakfast was plentiful , tasty and did not take long to arrive each morning. We will be back again and very soon.

場所はマカティ中心地から離れていますが、施設は申し分ないです。ホテル内のレストランも日本食が充実していてコストパフォーマンス最高です。スタッフも親切で優しかったです。

Rooms are big and clean. All the staff are so nice. Its a little bit noise at night i found that there's is a band nearby the street.
