The food was lovely - bit heavy on the truffle oil. Jeffrey, our waiter, was very friendly and attentive. The rooftop garden was amazing and drinks were tasty.

Clean comfortable and cool

Very clean hotel with super helpful staff. The neighborhood is not great but we just used the grab app to book rides whereever we wanted and never waited more than 5 minutes. If you just need a clean place to stay with good air conditioning and wifi this is a great deal for us travelers. The staff were super helpful, kind, and accommodating.

Great Rates for Decent Stay

Hotel is located about 30 mins from airport and about 300-400 peso trip on Grab. Nice quick check in process and rooms were small but comfortable. Nice rooftop patio with food and drinks. 7/11 convenience store located downstairs to grab anything you need. Would stay here again considering it was less than CAD$50 for the night for comfort.

The staff was amazing and accomodating. Very friendly and inviting and very helpful. Breakfast was decent, although thebbar upstairs was closed during our stay. Be mindful if youre traveling for medical, expedia says its only 5 minutes away but it actually takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour during traffic. Room was clean and comfy.

The hotel's theme was aesthetic to be honest since I'm a bit of a DC and Marvel geek. They also had portraits of familiar Igorot elders on their walls which was a pleasant surprise because I'm also an Igorot from Benguet and that was pretty nice to see. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. Services like breakfast and room service were great, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating as well. All in all my stay there was very satisfactory.

Good place to relax

The only problems were an inconvenient location that made getting a taxi difficult, the WiFi only working in parts of the room but not by the bed, and no mini-fridge in the room. Otherwise everything was comfortable, the food was very good, the games provided were a lovely bonus.

A quiet suit room and fair living fee

it is a comfortable suit room and a balcony available at our room. i can saw the night view and the sunshine. it was great. The drinking water is free for every customer. The defect was the location far from the clubs and shopping malls. if you want to have a quiet hotel, this hotel will be your one of the choices.

The hotel itself was ok however our experience makes us question the integrity of the establishment. To our surprise, the lady at the desk informed us there would be cash only deposit and an additional cash only service charge. Interesting as I don't see that on their website terms and condition. When paying this fee upon checkout she added another 100 pesos to the service charge so I had to correct her. She also forgot to give me change and I had to ask her for it. The change received was also incorrect as she gave me much less back, so I had to correct her. Another thing to note is that the hotel was not a 9 minutes drive for us from the airport. It was closer to 20 minutes, despite there being no traffic. It seems the 9 minutes must only apply when toll roads are taken and no traffic is encountered. The description also says the nearest mall is a 5 minutes drive away, but when we asked at the counter how far the nearest mall is they said 10 minutes. Overall it's a clean place to stay but these situations encountered makes me hesitant to recommend to others as we question the integrity of this establishment.

Very friendly security man and very informative email upon booking confirmation. The checkout was very slow although i was the only guest checking out. There are ants everywhere in the room. The AC was defect (water coming out) and i get a new room just upon request. The 7/11 next to the hotel is a plus, the restaurant at the rooftop is neither bad nor very good. It's okay.

The hotel’s theme is really cool. I initially thought the superheroes they would feature were only the popularly commonly known heroes like Ironman etc., but the coolest thing was they also included the regular everyday superheroes like nurses. I was also amazed at how friendly and approachable the owner was. The first time he met us, he greeted us with a great smile and took some time to talk to us and show us the record that was playing. The hotel itself was pretty well maintained and clean. I think the only hassle we had experienced was when we were asking for tissue/toilet roll, it took them a while and we had to inform them three times before we actually got one. But besides that, all were perfectly amazing. The staff were very helpful as well with booking our grab for us. Definitely would recommend to others and will book here again if we’re back in Manila. Oh btw really just 20 mins from airport (NAIA or much better called to be Manila International Airport), very convenient location!
