2일이용했습니다 관리자는 친절합니다 그러나 시설이 생각보다 열악해서 딱 28000원정도의 방이였습니다 방에는 벌레도있었고 위치는 좀 아쉬울정도로 후미진곳에있습니다.

Cheap, almost no view, noise, no wifi and so on
Residence without utensil or any amenity. No room service, slow check-in,out service, very very noisy. If you have 10 more dollars, make a reservation in Makati.

강도같은 호텔.. 아주 불쾌한 경험.. 절대절대 가지마세요
저는 필리핀여성과 결혼을 하게됨으로 장기간 저렴한 거주지를 찾게되어 17박을 체류.(12.15 ~ 1.1)보증금 3000페소를 맏겨야 한다는군요. 장기간 체류로 혹시몰라 1인용 전기밥통 가지고감 체류 4일째 되던날 저녁 쇼핑몰에서 그릴팬 구입. 5일째날 저녁늦게 갑자기 경비라면서 할말이 있으니 1층으로 내려오라고 연락받음 내려갔는데 갑자기 밥통과 그릴팬 이야기를 하더니 당신이 사용한 전기제품 때문에 전기료가 많이 나왔으므로 지금까지 문제삼지 않을테니 앞으로 12일 사용할 전기요금 하루 600페소씩 정산해서 미리 7200페소를 달라. 사전에 통보받은 사실 없고 레지던스 숙소이고 쓰지도 않은 전기료 때문에 그렇게는 못하겠다했더니 체크아웃날 돌려주겠으니 압수하겠다. 7200페소는 한화 20만원되는 돈. 너무 불쾌해서 6일째부터 청소팁을 주지않음 이튼날 저녁에 청소가 않되어있음. 다음날 또 청소가 않되어 있어 저녁에 항의 깜박했다며 다음날 청소해 주겠다. 3일째 되는 저녁에 돌아와보니 여전히 청소를 하지 않았음 지금 당장 해달라고 하니까 불쾌한 표정으로 기다리라고 하더니 무려 1시간이 넘게 청소를 함. 팁을 안주어서 그런가 생각됩니다. 체크아웃날 키를 반납하고 디포짓금액 3000페소를 돌려달라고 했습니다. 그랬더니 당신이 체크인후 5일동안 사용한 전기사용료가 하루에 600페소씩 정산되었으므로 이미 다 소진되어 돌려줄 돈이 없다고 합니다. 처음 5일 전기사용료는 남은 12박 선불로 미리 7200페소 결제했을때 문제삼지 않겠다는 이야기이고 그것을 하지 않았으니 5박동안 전기사용료는 하루 600페소씩 선결제가 되었다는 겁니다.. 화가 머리끝까지 나서 여기 사장을 만나게 해달라고 하니까 사장은 현제 외국 출장중으로 경비 자신에게 말하라는 겁니다.. 너무 화가나서 소리치고 하니까 잠시후 경찰을 불렀습니다. 나는 전기밥통과 그릴팬을 사용하지 않았다 그래서 전기사용료를 못내겠다 하니까 경찰은 경비편을 들면서 쓰지않은 증거를 대라는 것이었습니다. 기가막혀서.. 그순간 그릴팬 구매 영수증이 생각나서 영수증을 찾아 구입날짜를 보여줬습니다. 그랬더니 자기들끼리 따로 이야기를 주고받고 하더니 나중에 반만 돌려주겠다고 했습니다. 여전히 받아들일수 없다고 했더니 다른 손님들을 의식했는지 다시 2000페소만 돌려주겠다고 말했습니다. 2시간이상 나 역시 지쳐서 그렇게 하라고 했더니 남은돈이 1950페소 밖에 없다고 하면서 50페소만 더 양보하라고 다시 말했습니다.. 정말이지.. 나는 이 상황을 빨리 벗어나고 싶은 심정에 결국 1950페소 돌려받고 그곳을 떠났습니다. 중간에 장인장모 되실분 머르를곳 때문에 어쩔수 없이 추가 3박을 더 결재하긴 했지만 진짜 이런 더러운 곳은 두번다시 오고싶지 않은 곳입니다. 방안 청소하기 편하게끔 외출할때 여행용 가방안에 개인짐을 꼭꼭 닫아 외출하였는데 어떻게 밥통이 있는것을 알았는지도 의문입니다. 가방을 뒤져보지 않는 이상.. 혹시라도 이곳을 생각하고 있는분이 계시다면 참고하셔서 절대 낭패보시지 않기를 바랍니다.

최고로 저렴한 숙박료의 호텔!
필리핀 마닐라에서 내가 지냈었던 호텔중에 최고로 저렴한 숙박료의 호텔이었다.1박에 2만원이 조금 넘는정도 였는데 10박을 지내는 동안 별 불편함없이 지냈다. 사실 저렴한 호텔이기에 별로 기대를 하지않았었는데 생각보다 룸도 작지않았으며 에어컨과 작은 냉장고와 티비도 있었고 작지만 간단하게 음식을 해먹을수있는 주방?도 있었다.화장실은 샤워실과 붙어있으며 찬물 뜨거운물 아주 잘~나온다.아주 작지만 베란다도 있어서 밖을 내다보며 흡연을 할수도있다.직원들은 매우 친절 했으며 매일매일 방청소도 해주었다. 칫솔과치약,화장지,타올은 매일 새것으로 갈아주었으며 10박을 지내는동안 정말 잘~지냈었다.단점을 얘기하자면 첫째 엘리베이터가 없어서 4층까지 걸어가야 했으나 운동을한다고 생각하니 마음이 편했다.둘째 방음이 안되어서인지 아침에 차들이 지나다니면서 경적을 울리면 그 경적소리에 잠을깬다. 아침에 나의잠을 깨워주는 알람이었다~^^ 피할수 없으면 즐겨라~라는 말이있듯이 작은 불편함이 있었지만 최고로 저렴한 호텔을 감안한다면 남들은 어떨지 모르겠지만 나에게는 정말 좋은 호텔이라고 말하고싶다.~~~^^

그냥 잠시 눈만 붙이고 나오자는 생각에...
싼 맛에 이 호텔을 예약했던 것이 나의 실수였다. 말라테에서도 대단히 많이 떨어져 외진 곳에 있었고, 주변 시설 전무. 방은 정말 기억하고 싶지도 않다. 도대체 어디서부터 어떻게 기억을 다 해내서 성토를 해야할 지 조차 가늠이 안 되는 그야말로 최악이다. 전 세계의 절반을 돌아다녀보고 갖은 호텔을 다 겪었지만, 한국의 과거 여인숙 보다 못하다고 보면 틀림없다.

태어나서 이런 곳에선 첨 자봤어요...
팔라완 가기 전 몇시간 수면을 취하려고 저렴한 가격에 혹해서 예약을 했습니다. 소개란의 글이나 사진은 괜찮아 보이더군요. 헌데 가서 보고 깜놀했어요. 타올은 닦으면 닦을수록 먼지가 얼굴에 묻고, 엘리베이터 없이 4층까지 무거운 짐들고 올라가야 하고, 시설은 정말 기대이하 최악이었어요. 하지만 직원들은 무척 친절하더군요. 아침 식사는 룸서비스였는데 맥도널드의 치킨너겟과 밥과 콜라더군요. 얼렁뚱땅 요리한 필리핀식 보다 훨씬 만족스런 메뉴였어요^^

Super friendly and super convenient in central Manila. For the money, an excellent room with everything you need - clean and spacious and highly recommended. I saw other reviews from people who complained about no lift (or 'elevator' if you're american) but it wasn't an issue for me. I will certainly stay here again.

It's all good but.....
We stayed for 12 days. Staffs are welcome, polite and helpful. Breakfast is good, the only thing that I would like to say that even though it's clean I still kill almost 12 baby cockroaches, that is why I avoided to leave any garbage on the bin or try not to spill any food on the floor. Besides this problem I still have fun staying with the price I paid it's ok. I would like to thansks to all the staffs in Lessons malate😊

Roaches for company anyone!!!
Roach infested. Called from desk a man comes to room and kills a roach with his hand. Roaches on the ceiling, in the shower and as you walk in the door, no offer of getting another room or spraying for the roaches. The newly renovated suite that I paid for was not available. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor would I have this place listed on my hotel website!!!!!

値段の割には良い
部屋は思った以上に清潔でした。ただし、シャワーの温水器が故障で水しかでなかったり、ドアキーが故障していたため、部屋に入るたびにフロントスタッフに開けてもらったり、たまたまでしょうが。中心街へは徒歩10分程度で苦にならない。値段の割には良いと思う。また利用するつもりです。

The location is great but our room on the 5th floor is very hot and there's no elavator. The food is good.

Good service but no elevator
Staff was all friendly. Room is ok hence the price is just right.the only downside is that when u are at the top floor get ready to do an exercise since there is no elevator. Better yet buy everything you need before going up to ur room.
