Big room but bad hygiene
Room size was big but the hygiene was terrible. cockroaches crawling everywhere living roomaircon must be turned on with a tool where the house engineer had to come. old toilet with rotten mars despite they have warm water. I think they just have to maintain the room neat and the rest will the magic

安かったので多くは期待せず利用した結果、まぁ相応で気軽な宿でした。古いため清潔感は無いですね。家族3人で泊まりました。 旅行のハブに使ったので不満はないです。WIFIが無くてもOKで、エアコンもうるさいし、TVは22インチくらい。朝食サービスも選べないです。エレベータも３０階以上ある高層マンションのような作りで混んでいます。立地は良いですよ。ショッピングモール、ナイトマーケット、繁華街、緩いセキュリティー？。そのかわり周囲の渋滞はひどい。

Super bad
Better sleep on the street. Dirty towel and bed. Slow elevator. No working air-conditioning at the room. Cigarettes everywhere. No water at all in the room. The worst i ever been. For the journey lover maybe nice. Its the best way to say how hotel shouldn't be.

The staffs are great with good managerial skills . The reception was very kind and friendly .but there was no tooth brush in the room .

Great Location - Very Poorly Maintained
The lobby is about the only area that doesn't look ignored and maintained. The hallways to the rooms are very dim and gloomy due to lack of painting and lighting. The rooms have plumbing fixtures that are very old and worn out. The TV in the living room space is about 16 inches by 16 inches and tacked up on the wall and connected to a small cable box. The bedroom is adequate but again really old feeling. The bathroom and shower work but everything in it screams to be updated and maintained. The pictures on the website of the Hotel are very misleading and must have been taken when it opened I guess 20 years ago...several hotels across the way is a few dollars more but worth it .....

Don’t expect much here if you book
The place needs upkeep..ome cabinet fell down in the kitchen and the bathroom flooded when you took a shower. The place was dirty and smelly. The front desk kicked us out at around midnight for a mistake not on our part about payment and and it took a lot of time to get things straitened out and back into the room. This type of stuff is absolutely unacceptable. Not secure since anyone can just walk in and ask for you and they will give them your room number and let them go up even after you asked them not to do so.

It must be a great place when built. Poor maintenace has severely affected this hotel.

Good location, TERRIBLE HOTEL
They first checked me in room 712, it was a horrible room. It appears to be a old sanitarium with insects scramming around. The bedings were in a very bad condition and there were used tissues littered on the floor. The wall and floor is so sticky and a/c are so noisy. There is an ongoing construction nearby w/c adds to a discomfort. I asked to be transferred to a different room and thet had me move to the 28th floor. Room 2806 is cleaner and significantly better than the first room. It was all white w/ a better view of the city. Beddings weren't that good though, poor conditions and kinda smelly. It was alas minute booking reason why I wasn't able to read reviews, my bad. I wish they would renovate the buildings and room. It looks like a cheap motel for hook-ups or quckies.

Do not stay here based on my experience
Moved 3 times in 5 hours, cold shower, windows so old would not shut, cupboards falling apart, 2 very old 1970's single beds, not as described in advert. Put on 30 floor, you have to ait sometimes 10 minutes + for lift. Aircon. very load & rattles, single sheet to cover you with, just old run down hotel. Check your room before you rent, that I have learned. Ruined my stay in Manila.

with all the negative review i have read, i want to commend the staff. they are nice and honest enough to admit the negative issues thrown to them and generous enough to upgrade our room. the hotel is really old and really need improvement. maybe more lights in the halls going to the rooms and upgrade also the model of the TV. but overall, the stay was fine and i love the view

worst hotel we've stayed in, needs renovation
Our check in was good the staff was friendly and the foyer looked nice The lift wasn't working properly took a long time to close, it had to be forced to get it going. Then our room was disappointing, it was a bit dirty! The bathroom had cobwebs and the towels they provided us was close to being rags. We just couldn't stay there, we checked out early!

Very Disappointed
Shared a room with ants and cockroaches hope they paid as much as me. Photos must have been taken when the hotel first opened over 100 years ago. Facilities stated no longer exist, ie:- No Swimming Pool, No Restarurant, No shop, No Laundry, No Nothing as illustated. This Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. How about a refund ?

Room does not look like the pictures.
Hotel is located in a safe and busy area of Makati. Booked it last minute and the location looked good, which it was. Close to restaurants and nightlife, but the photos shown does not depict the room at all. The room was a very large one bedroom apartment, but it was old and dreary. Kind of creepy. I would much rather had a tiny, modern studio over a very old 1-bedroom apartment.

Lamentable!!!
A notre arrivée à l'hôtel personne pour nous accueillir! Dès l'ouverture de la porte une forte odeur de renfermé nous a pris à la gorge et nous avons dû ouvrir les fenêtres malgré la pluie incessante. La lumière ne fonctionnait pas partout. La salle de bain était dans un état répugnant. Robinets tâchés de tartre. Dans la douche un seul était fonctionnel. Celui de l'eau froide! Les serviettes tellement douteuses que nous avons dû en acheter. Nous ne les avons pas utilisé les savons et shampoings fournis tellement l'emballage était crasseux. Le téléviseur, d'un autre âge, ne diffusait que 2 ou 3 chaines! La kitchenette de la suite, ne comportait en tout et pour tout que 2 assiettes, 2 fourchettes et c'est tout! Pas de verres, couteaux ou autres ustensiles comme nous avions l'habitude de trouver lors de précédents séjours dans ce type d'hôtel. Quant à la chambre. LAMENTABLE... Une tête de lit ornée d'une moquette vert de gris si poussiéreuse que nous nous sommes servis du drap pour la recouvrir. Le matelas semblait rembourré avec des cailloux tellement il était dur et la climatisation qui faisait un bruit de moteur diesel, nous avons dû la faire fonctionner en mode manuel au minimum si nous ne voulions pas être gelés. En résumé, si toutes les suites sont dans cet état, cet hôtel ne mérite pas de figurer au catalogue de "Hôtel.com" et même si le prix est attrayant il ne mérite même pas des poussières d'étoile. A croire que les photos de présentation ont été retouchées!!

first of all they have charged my girlfriend (she was checking in) even despite a payment has been made online, later they refused to do a refund until their accounts confirm something, then just refused permanently the next day. Hotel.com support is not answering either btw. secondly rooms are totally different from the pictures - dirty and destroyed, corridors are even worse.

It's only the location its nice there that's it. it's really the bad staying in hotel in my life when I ask the Reception girl why the lobby it's very hot no air conditioning she's said you are not in 5 stars hotel really she's so rude it's horrible never go back again and recommended only for my enemies

I cancelled the minute I arrived.
I cancel on arrival when i saw the condition of the rooms. They were smelly, cob insects in toilets. I paid for 1 week they refused to refund, when expedia tried calling them they don't pickup phone. They are really Doogie...

nice and cool place
I was not really expecting that i will be having that kind of accommodation considering the fair rate. I do like the place all of it including the surrounding . It was very accessible to several important spots or places in the city. I do love it and I will be going back to MPT suites in my future travel :) Congrats to MPT suites and all its staff!

Helpful Staff
I been in this hotel last Sept and stayed for just 3 days. The room is clean. The aircondition stops twice but the staff repaired it. The receptionist is very helpful when we asked for assistant. Its a good location because its near in everything. All in all its a nice stay :-)

they mentioned online there was internet. they don't tell you it costs so much per hour or for 6 hours etc. my television had to have maintenance called no exaduration 7 times for the tv at least they came in a pretty short period of time. when it was finally resolved ie the channels stopped clicking in and out of video it lst sevral channels all the sport channels most of the movie channel BBC cine max HBO all these are gone.

"Suites" er vel ikke helt dekkende for dette hotellet. Veldig basic, sånn passe rent, ikke god lukt i gangene - men en seng for en billig penge. Ville ikke tatt med familien hit, men greit for en natt alene

Small dirty rooms with hairs on the supposed clean
A very dirty place, very small rooms with hairs on the clean linen, also you shared the room with cockroaches. Poor selection of TV channels .
