The number one reason to stay at this hotel is the staff. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are nice and they have housekeeping everyday.

This was a very nice hotel and the rooms were excellent with nice comfortable beds. The breakfast was extensive with a lot of variety both Asian in good old pancakes and eggs as well.

The staff was excellent! The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The gym facilities although small but packed a punch by having every apparatus you would need to get a decent workout without being a large gym like Gold's gym or something!

Third time staying will stay there again. Breakfast was the best. The mattresses are great. Didn’t wake up with a sore back the staff was amazing. I will give a shout out to Bryant who took care of us during meals and our last day there

I am a regular customer of the Manila Prince Hotel. The staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfast is very good. The room is large, comfortable, and has a refrigerator. I plan to continue to make this my preferred hotel in Manila.

The property was very safe, staff was extremely attentive. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and tasty. They offered Philippine and western cuisine. It was walking distance to Rizal park and Intramuros(even for seniors). We highly recommended to stay at this property.

The service is excellent. I hope they can include apps like Netflix or Prime where customers can log-in using personal accounts. TV channels are so limited.
