THERE IS hardly and almost NON HOT WATER in the room, bathroom door did not closed and lock, air condition very good, among others negative things that are bringing down my favorite hotel, like we registered 2 adults and 2 kids that we paid for they gives one room and only one bed, we requested xtra bed they want to charge $1000 for it so on, finale they gave us a different room 1 xtra bed no charge, we were short in towels etc. I just hope that the quality improves

I requested for early check in and I received notification from Expedia that may early arrival is 10 am. I tried to contact the hotel but the tel. no. is not yet in service. We arrived in the hotel at 10 am but the receptionist told me that my check in is 2 pm, they haven't notified with my early check in. In case, there's available room i need to pay additional early check in fee of PHP 200 per hour. I have food and I ask the receptionist if okay to eat at their dine in area near pool. it was disappointing that she told me that eating is not allowed unless I'm already checked in. The CR is terrible, the staff is not accommodating.

Fully mosquitos in the first room, obliged to move to another room. 2 nd room just ok, excep the toilet was not working. Breakfast service start at 9 am, its ridiculous no time to have quietly before the checkout at 11 am.

nothing it was closed expedia and the hotle took my $$$$$ and when i arrived i was sent to another hotel with no pool the whole reason i booked here was the pool the new hotel the room was less than 7 feet wide i could not believe there was a room behind the door very disappointed

The property is not in a good location to see the city... if you have a car it would be ok.. the staff were awesome.. very polite. The hotel it self could use a paint job. The room was good, did not have a frig or microwave. The Bed was ok, but may need to replace it because it sunk in the middle... I would stay there again, the restaurant food was good, a little over priced but good.

高架鉄道の駅に近いのとロビンソンズプレイスに近いので便利です。プールがあるのもよいことです。また部屋は広いです。ただ、古いホテルなのでこの値段なのでしょう。周囲の環境は良いとは言えません。

A nice value for money hotel. There is an excellent restaurant on the premises, with both local and Italian fare. There's also a nice ground floor pool area where families congregate and kids have a great time. It is obvious that the hotel is trying very hard. There's good attention to detail (there is actually a channel list for the TV), a complimentary English newspaper is delivered daily, and everyone is friendly and helpful. The hotel is on 3 floors and there is no elevator--the last set of stairs to the top floor are steep. The real issue for me was the very poor internet service. The wifi connection is very poor, slow, and intermittent. I also thought it a bit cheap that they charged for the two bottles of water in the room. Overall, a nice place for those on a budget.

Hotel needs an update and renovations. Rooms could be cleaner and more modern. Direction is a bit difficult to navigate given the location is not really convenient (a bit far from shops and restaurants). Part of our deposit was not returned given the room key broke while trying to enter the room. This was not our fault as the key was frail. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating overall and you get a somewhat comfortable stay at an affordable price.

Die Toilette war während der drei Tagen als wir da waren verstopft, die Klimaanlage verlor Wasser über den einzigen Ablagetisch, kein warmes Wasser außer ein Paar Tropfen pro Tag vollkommen ungenügend für normales Duschen, alles im ganzen ein Desaster, nie wieder.

Nightmare in Manila

Absolute disgrace of a hotel, my room which was supposed to be a superior room was nothing like the pics state. Completely run down. Location says across the street from Paco Park but that park area is a shady area with of town. My room had an AC unit that was above the nightstand by the window. I woke up in the morning with my passport and watch soaking wet cause of the dripping of water from the AC unit. I was not compensated at all by the hotel, no apologies or anything. They just blow dried it as best they can and handed it to me without saying a word. All in all no quality or class from this hotel. It’s a big run down establishment that is in an undesirable area. Avoid this place at all costs.
