The staff was friendly and provided exemplary service. (Concierge, Front Desk, Restaurant, Wait). The king bed room was spacious and clean. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Enjoyed my stay and will recommend to friends. Definitely would return to this hotel.

Stayed twice at sheraton. During our second stay there was a noise coming out from what we think was the air conditioner. We got moved to another room which was so much better. The hotel is conveniently located to malls and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back.

Excellent staff and their professional service. There are many restaurants near by within the walking distance. I feel Sheraton Manila Bay is very safe, because everyone entering the lobby must go through the metal detector first. I used Grab for my transportation, it worked out very well for me. The lobby staff helped me with my baggage’s and communicating with drivers for me. The hotel is definitely very quiet, we had very good sleep, the bed was comfortable . We enjoyed the swimming pool.

The Staff there are extremely friendly and being helpful although it is a bit noisy and the cleaning lady knocked the door by 8am which is a bit ridiculous on Sunday morning. Perhaps this is their culture to have a early start which i am not sure. Overall, i am happy for my stay.
