To Start, the front line staff is VERY helpfull smilling nice. Now it need new Management. This Is manage by SM GoodStay division of a Nation wide enterprise SMDC inc. That can not afford a 24/7 phone service. Arrived at 10 am, Condo check-in not before 14:30, no place for luggage, So you stand in the lobby like a dummy or walk around town with all your luggage, your choice. 14:30 walk 3 times to the office in other building to try to check in.15:30 finally got ONE key card but cleaning staff is stuck in traffic, 18:30 still not here, we went out for supper, lost the ONE key card back at 21pm, cant get help because all offices are close untî 9 am next morning security says we can not sleep in lobby, so went to rent at another hotel for the night 10 am they open the door for us but can not give us another key, card so for the rest of the stay every time we go out we had to leave one person behind.I have been to many countrys and sometimes cheap Motels that had better service then them.
