Seamless service as always and that is what you can expect from Penninsula. But the hotel is an old one so if you like modern and trendy deco there might be some alternatives. Breakfast was actually not very good.

도심속 휴식공간 3박4일 잠시 휴가내어 쉬고왔습니다. 객실은 스위트룸에 크럽룸 억세스하는것으로 조식은 크럽룸에서 해결하고 그린벨트에서 쇼핑하고 맛집탐방하고 왔습니다. 가끔 숙박한 곳이라 편하고 특히 침대시트가 좋아 숙면하였습니다. 엑티비티보다 휴식을 원하는분들에게 추천합니다.

가성비왕
오래되었지만 관리가 잘되어있어서 고풍스러움과 고급스러운 인상 빡 줍니다. 하지만 오래된시설은 밤중에 옆방소음을 커버하기 부족했습니다. 그래도 가성비 왕입니다. 조식도 나름 괜찮았고. 픽업서비스는 차량에 비해 턱없이 비싸서 이번만 이용하는걸로.

마닐라를 자주가는데 샹그릴라보다 직원들이 좀더 친절하고 조식이 맛있어요 방 컨디션도 항상 깨끗한데, 라운지 이용하는 급의 방들은 별로 추천하지않아요 라운지가 잘되어있지않아서 그냥 마카티 그린벨트 쇼핑하기 좋아서 묵기 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

최악의 호텔 1시간 얼리체크인을 하루전 요청했으나 거절당함. 러기지 룸배달 서비스가 안와서 2시간동안 기다리고 컨시어지,리셉션에 몇번을 요청해도 가져다 주지 않음 결국에 직접 정문에 가서 찾아옴. 역에서도 멀고 택시도 잘안잡히고 최악의 조건 다신 이용할 생각없음

전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔입니다.
마카티 한 가운데 위치해서 접근성은 매우 좋습니다. 하지만, 출퇴근 시간대에 교통체증을 감수해야만 하는 단점이 있습니다. 택시는 거의 잡히지 않으니 Grab과 같은 콜택시서비스를 이용하길 바랍니다. 호텔의 서비스는 페닌슐라 답게 훌륭했습니다. 모든 스텝들이 친절한 편입니다. 다만 객실은 다소 오래된 점이 흠이라면 흠이겠습니다. 아침 조식도 무난한 편이었고 전반적으로 만족합니다.

간만에 다시 머물어 본 호텔
3년만에 다시 숙박한 호텔이네요 마카티에는 좋은 호텔이 많은데 이 호텔은 오래되었지만 참 관리를 잘하고 있는 호텔인것 같습니다. 객실은 잘 정리되어 있어서 주무시기 좋아요. 조식은 좀 분잡하지만 평균은 되는것 같고 수영장은 좀 작지만 주말주일외에는 이용하기엔 나름 좋습니다. 직원들도 잘 교육되어 있어서 친절하게 대해 주는것 같습니다. 체크아웃하는데 좀 시간이 걸리는것외에는 불편사항은 없었던것 같습니다.

Great central hotel in Manila. Whilst it is older it's immaculately maintained with a beautiful lobby and old world feel. Gardens and pool offer tranquility in the busy city. Great location close to airport and in Makati close to bars restaurants and shopping.

A truly excellent property with old school, exceptional service. Only minor issue is occasional spotty WiFi, but I suspect that is a service provider issue as opposed to something within the property’s control. Highly recommend.
