"I love how quaint the hotel is, the breakfast furnished and the view from the room. The proximity to the shops in Manitou Springs, the gas station, restaurants, convenience store, grocery store, Starbucks, shuttle bus and all of the sights and attractions to to visit was very convenient."

"Zero complaints here. While a few areas could use updating, it appeared like renovations are already underway. Breakfast is always a major factor for me, and The Academy Hotel genuinely stands out. Most chain hotel breakfasts blend together into the same underwhelming experience, but this was completely different (and better!). Having really good, locally roasted coffee served in actual ceramic mugs was a huge plus in my book."

"Wonderful hotel! Hotel was clean, great rooms and beds, outstanding breakfast. Staff was super helpful giving us directions to shuttle stop to the Incline. After our hike and after we checked out the staff allowed us to access the pool/ shower area so we could relax our sore muscles and shower off before we drove home. Can’t think of anything that wasn’t absolutely perfect."

"We stayed two nights at the Days Inn in Manitou Springs. The room was very clean and large! Area was quiet too but still convenient to historic downtown. Breakfast was fine, the usual fare of hot and cold items. Would definitely recommend."
