"Bigger trash cans would help. Otherwise great rooms and kitchenette. Our main issue was with check-in time. First it said maybe 12:15. Later maybe 1:15. With arrival in Ffm ca 9 am then having to wait for check-in is annoying! Can’t stand with a suitcase plus hand luggage at the front door waiting for access! What happens if there is a black-out??? Do you have a backup generator or so? That part made me nervous. Reminder message: … remind to … must be REMEMBER to…"

"Friendly helpful staff. Vast hotel with the room a very long way from the lift. Room smelt of body odour which was off-putting but we were only there for a night. Not the hotel’s fault but lots of noise in corridor at 2.00am and again at 4.00am Otherwise perfectly acceptable Motel One"
