Hotel is literally falling apart.

The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can.

WiFi is great in common area, pool, beach & meal area. But no WIFI in the rooms. Rooms We got living room (2 nice couches to sleep 2) Dinning table 2 bedrooms (1-king bed, 2- with 2 twin beds) 2 bathrooms A place to dry cloths and has a sink to rinse cloths or such. You can bring lien cup and they will fill out for you No fridges in rooms Rooms have AC 3 meal times Breakfast Lunch Dinner 1 snack time (nachos, hot dogs & burgers served most of the day, after breakfast and stops before dinner. They have fresh fruit water for every meal every day. Bar opens at 12pm Soft drinks, ice, mixed drinks and beer in cup are free. Caned drinks have a cost. Check in is at 3 but you can arrive since 12 and enjoy the hotel already. We got first floor doors open right to pools. 3 pools 1 about 5 feet 1 about 3 feet 1 for kids like 2 feet Beach You have umbrellas for you with chairs (free) close to bar Can take your drinks down there The raccoons come out when the sun goes down. They are used to people so not mean once. Some vendors come by to sell Beach toys Clams and Oysters Banana rides Kiosko store 2 blocks away (can walk if no car) Launder mat 3 blocks away They count your towels before and after FYI $200 pesos deposit for controllers. Parking Is available No elevators to the top floors

Me gusto mucho la vista la tranquilidad el personal y recalcar el chef las comidas y cenas que sirven son deliciosas deverdad lo unico que no me encanta es que no le den mas mantenimiento al hotel como el jacuzzi por ejemplo seria increible que lo arreglen. Todo lo demas exelente.

Si puede no vayan para el precio es caro

Hotel muy viejo sin mantenimiento , todo incluido con solo arroz y dos guisados nos tocó la casa y por dentro limpio con fugas de agua y por fuera como si estuviera abandonada tierra sucio descuidado cochera increíblemente sucia comida de buen sabor y se veía en general del hotel como a lo mucho 10 habitaciones habilitadas

PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA

Hotel viejo, horrible, deprimente, parece un espacio para vagabundos. El frente del hotel, que da hacia la alberca esta cayéndose a pedazos la pintura, otras partes están a medias, sin pintura, muy feo. Los cuartos aunque son grandes y estaban limpios, tenían muchos detalles como las paredes con humedad y partes donde estaba la pintura levantándose. Nos tocó una habitación en el 3er piso y un piso anterior daba miedo, las puertas clausurada con madera, como hotel abandonado del terror. PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA, ofrecen todo incluido, con desayuno, comida y cena BUFFET, pero como obviamente no tienen huéspedes y éramos menos de 10 personas en todo el hotel, no hacían más que una opción de comida, que por cierto esta a insípida y mala, así que si la única opción que ellos ponen, no es de tu agrado te quedaste sin comer. Por ejemplo hacen comidas como hígado encebollado, y de cena pollo empanizado y quesadillas. El snack y el bar abrieron casi una hora después del horario que ellos mismos nos mencionaron y venia en la papelería que te dan en recepción, igual a la hora de cerrar, el chico del lunes cerro casi 1 hora antes. La alberca todo el tiempo sucia, la verdad, una pésima experiencia. Lo único que aplaudo y reconozco es el esfuerzo del personal, quien en todo momento estuvo en disposición de resolver. Muy mala experiencia.

Encontramos muchas cucarachas en los cuartos y baños, las cortinas de las ventanas eran casi transparentes y se veía dentro de la habitación, las puertas estaban picadas de óxido y se atoraban, al hotel en general le falta mantenimiento y una buena remodelación.
