โThe hotel was immaculately clean and the amenties were also great! I enjoyed the steam room and the jacuzzi which were both open from 5 am to 11 am. Staff was friendly and informative. This will be my ho to hotel when i am staying in the this area of NY. Its also conveniently located, very near NY State Thruway. โ
โI would give this property a 5 except for 2 minor things.
1. Breakfast was minimal and ended at 9 am
2.Our toilet didn't flush easily.
I would stay here again. I especially liked a water dispenser in the lobby.โ
โeverything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!โ
โWe wish there were dishes, utensils and a pan for the nice kitchen which included an induction cooktop and dishwasher along with the refrigerator and microwave. The room was modern and very clean. Lacked a place to set luggage, had to use the bed.โ
