“I’ve stayed here a few times over the past 10 years. The property is showing its age and needs some refreshing. Small things like numbers falling off the wall directing you to rooms, mismatched elevator floor lights, broken lights on columns outside, etc. Breakfast is not included. Dining area is small and unremarkable. The hotel is always laughed at because it’s not near the airport, but they do now offer a free shuttle to/from the airport, which is really nice to have.”

“Amazing clean”

“Balanced Review: New Property with a Few Operational Hiccups Positives: Modern Property: The hotel is relatively new, clean, and has a fresh feel. Friendly Staff: The service team was helpful and accommodating. Negatives: Water Pressure Issues: There seems to be a fundamental plumbing issue affecting water pressure throughout the hotel. “Garage was left over from previous guest, room was not properly cleaned or maintained, could still some hair from previous guest in the sink and bathroom”

“We got to town and the hotel at 8:45pm and the entire lobby was closed we had to wait 20 minutes for the employee we spoke to on the intercom. Ah told us she had 30 minutes to com assist us … she was dressed for bed including a hair bonnet. She was not helpful with our room needs and the blind was missing a section that was broken and I was on the ground floor that was unexceptable so I had to request a sheet to put over the blind .. but the morning staff was very nice .”

“깨끗하고 모든 시설들이 잘 관리되어 있어서 편안했음. 조식도 간단하지만 알차게 잘 준비되어있어서 매우 만족함”

“They changed the type of room So I had to stay where I did not reserved ”

“히터가 시끄러워서 끄려고 했더니 안꺼졌습니다. 프런트에 안꺼진다고 얘기했더니 원래 안꺼지는거라고 하네요... 고쳐주지도 않고 방을 바꿔주지도 않고 손님을 바보로 압니다.”

“The first room smelled like cigarettes. The second room does not drain the sink. Although the bed frame is made of steel, the sound of breaking can be heard even with a slight movement, so it made me nervous. Finally, at 2 AM, I was waked up due to the loud noises from the next room. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. It was disappointing for the price.”

“Due to a reservation date fowl-up at another hotel, the Holiday Inn Express was most accommodating! I was able to make an immediate reservation quickly with no problems. Susan at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. She was the most cheerful person at the hotel and answered every question I could come up with! What an awesome customer service attitude!”
