"The room was great. The bed was comfortable and close enough to two subway stations (equal distance between Hongdae and Hapjeong). However, my main issue was the bathroom. It was very, very moldy. There were clumps of black mold in all the grout, along the sink, the ground, the walls, everywhere. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which I think caused the problem. The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities.
