Sentimos que su estancia con nosotros no estuviera a la altura de sus expectativas debido a los aspectos que señala en su valoración. Permítanos aclarar que nuestras habitaciones no disponen de climatizador, ya que es una máquina general para todo el hotel y, dependiendo de la época del año, funciona la calefacción o el aire acondicionado. En invierno, pese a que durante su estancia hubo temperaturas más elevadas de lo habitual, únicamente funciona la calefacción. Contamos con ventiladores a disposición de nuestros clientes para refrescar las habitaciones en los meses del año en que no funciona el aire acondicionado, que habríamos estado encantados de proporcionarle de habernos informado del problema, así como mostrarles las distintas posiciones para la puerta de su balcón, de forma que hubieran podido colocarla en modo ventilación para no tener que dormir con ella completamente abierta.Nuestro objetivo principal es proporcionar a nuestros huéspedes la mejor experiencia posible y lamentamos no haberlo logrado en su caso.Un saludo,
