Hi Im sorry you were not happy with your room type. You had requested a standard flow through room on your reservation which the hotel selects the available room type. When booking make sure to select a king room so this doesn't happen to you in the future. Again apologize we weren't able to fulfill your request at the time of check in due to room type selection
